We have had our Toyota vehicles serviced at Rick Collins since we moved to the Siouxland area over 10 years ago. The high quality of the service there was one of the reasons we purchased our last vehicle from this dealership. Simply and clearly stated, we have always had excellent service there and the staff is friendly, honest, and courteous.

The sales Manager worked with me to put me in exactly the right vehicle in my price range. He really went the extra distance to make sure it was the vehicle for me. The service is second to none! I will absolutely be back when it is time for another vehicle!

The service department at Rick Collins Toyota is fantastic! Tim, Penny and the service staff do an outstanding job of customer service. I just took my car in quickly to get a head lamp replaced and they even washed my car! I have bought/driven a lot of cars and this unequivocally is THE BEST service department I have ever dealt with. Kudos to all of you who treat the customer right and are so positive every time I come in! Additionally, my car is about 1,000 miles short of 100,000 and Tim today gave me an "advance estimate" of costs for the 100,000 mile checkup--WITHOUT my even asking. I just cannot say enough positive words about how great this service department treats the customer and services the customer's car! KUDOs to all of you!!!

We recently moved to the Siouxland area and I was so sad to leave our last Toyota dealership because they were so friendly and had an excellent array of coffee and snacks but then when I went to Rick Collins I found the excellent same service and snacks! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their lounge is extremely comfortable and inviting.

I thought the sales area was awesome but as time has gone by and I reached the service area for oil changes and just general new car warranty I fell into an awesome area of Rick Collins Toyota that I was very impressed with. The friendly greeting with a big smile when I arrived, the waiting area with the free drinks, popcorn, and rolls and bake goods along with a big screen TV and very comfortable seating made the wait so very relaxing. Service work was done quickly and to may surprise my car was washed and clean. My what an awesome experience!

I had our 4Runner serviced. Oil changed, filters replaced, tires rotated, etc. and they even wash it. They offer a waiting lounge for us that don't mind waiting, which offers fruit, donuts, crackers, popcorn, etc. along with an array of different coffees! Amazing!
