Called in on a BMW I saw online and reached out to the dealership. The car was in great shape. A few little scratches but it was a 9 year old car. Financing was a breeze

This is the worst dealership ever. They WILL violate your FDCPA rights if you're late on a payment. They WILL take all of your items from your car when it gets repossessed, and when they make an appointment for you to pickup your items, they will say at the last minute your car was sold and all the items were thrown in the trash (even when your car is still on the lot). When Jennifer and George sit you down in the office to discuss and you say you're not moving until you get your stuff, JENNIFER WILL ASSAULT YOU AND PUSH YOU WHILE YOU'RE SITTING WAITING TO GET YOUR STUFF BACK. THEN LIE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. ALL THEY DO IS LIE HERE. RECORD EVERY INTERACTION YOU HAVE WITH THESE WEIRD PEOPLE AND SAVE EVERY EMAIL THEY SEND. They will do their best to try to have every conversation on the phone since it's against the law to record phone conversations. Because they know they're wrong. But I WILL be pressing battery charges against Jennifer and suing the dealership. They will TRY to take advantage of everyone that purchases a vehicle from here because they THINK we're dumb and don't know what's really going on. I was HAPPY I got that high mileage BMW with a bad radiator and three accidents on its record repossessed!! Don't be desperate for a car here, get your credit repaired and go to a real dealership! I got pre-approved for Carmax even after this repossession with MUCH BETTER financing than this stealership gave me. So, DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, ASSAULTED, AND VIOLATED. PLEASE RECORD EVERYTHING. I'll have my new car in January and I'll be pressing charges & suing.

Worst dealer ever. Let me try an used car. Car made some noise. George said it was from the tyres. I asked him to fix the problem before buying the car. He changed only the rear tyres. The noise was still on coming from the front. I told him that the problem was not fixed yet, then he said that if I wanted the car I had to take as it was, with the noise. If I wanted to change front tyres, I needed to pay for them without assurance that the noise would go away. Not serious and only care about getting your money and not the responsability of making things right! GO SOMEPLACE THAT HONORS THE CUSTOMER!!! Thank God I didn't buy anything from these burglars. Do yourself a favor, stay away!!!

Buyer beware .,,, Horrible experience . I bought my car on March 16 Two weeks later it broke down, had it towed in needed new radiator,hoses,etc.30 day warranty paid for repairs but I had to pay (sale tax) 486.00. Strange Right?? 3 weeks later broke down again this time there was a crack in the head gasket ! They say the bad radiator had nothing to do with that !!!Towed in again repairs $3500.00 warranty refused to pay one dime. Warranty that they SOLD me and it Took them 4 weeks to tell me they wouldn’t pay. I Returned to dealership and was told basically too bad . Such a hard and costly lesson learned. Never ever buy a car here, They are not truthful, sell junk, and don’t even care about anything but getting your money and you are left holding the bag . They didnt even pretend to care. I was basically dismissed by the sale manager. He was a REAL JERK !!!!! Please Please save yourself a lot of money and even more headache, run as fast as you can . Virginia Beach has thousands of car dealerships .. do yourself a big favor and pick one of those. You will be so sorry if you don’t!!

drove from SC to Virginia for a certain car, They came out with shady figures then original,blown up extra fees, etc: a regular con game. The finance manager was as a bigger con then owner. The salesman was descent, but the figures were in other hands. keep in mind the old movie "Sting". you're being had if you deal.

Would give it a 0 star if could.call about vehicle wed.salesman called me thursday 5 times.sent pay stub driver license to email.pose went and got car friday.havent heard from salesman since.if i didnt get approve common courtesy just call and tell me.maybe i can in lot finance something.and i took friday and sat off just in casé i could go get car.so unprofessional.

An absolute joke. Sells lemons and has no accountability for them. George, the owner, is a conman. I had shifting and transmission issues the next day after buying the vehicle that were never present during the text drive. Even with being within their 30 day warranty. No help.

Bought a Truck there, and the rocker panels were rusted out. I didn't notice. I took it to a body shop and they said that the rockers were so rusted that they need cutting out on both sides. 5K+ job. I contacted the Select Automotive dealership, and they agreed to a 50/50 bill split. I contacted them later and they said that they agreed to no such thing. First of all, who sells a vehicle with that much rust. Sure, I should have noticed but do they even look at the vehicles they buy? I am so wore out from trying to get them to pay for half the cost. (which should be 100%). I finally gave up on them finding a body shop of their own and took it to Maaco. I emailed them the estimate from Maaco and they agreed to cover half, and drive the truck to Maaco for me LOL!. Now they are saying that they want me to pay Maaco back and to drop the truck off. I am going to suck up the total cost of this job 5K. Stay far away!!!

Compete scam artists and sell lemons. It’s all over the Internet and they completely covered up problems with the vehicle I purchased that could have killed me. Do your research and do not buy from them!
