My experience at this car lot was a great one!! They were quick getting back to me about an appointment for a test drive for one of their used cars, and provide excellent customer service!! The price was great, and most importantly, the car was great!! I definitely recommend going to see Any at Budget Auto in Appleton!!

Left emails and phone calls about two cars we were interested in. Never received a phone call back and after days, when i did receive an email back, the cars were sold. Not sure how i was supposed to make an appointment to test drive when i couldn't get a response from them. They used Covid-19 as an excuse but yet can't email or return phone calls? Poor excuse. They of course did offer me other cars that were $1000.00 more than the ones we wanted. Extremely disappointing.

I work in a ministry for underprivileged women looking to have a new start or be removed from a toxic environment. Recently, one young woman living with us sadly got into an accident (thankfully no one was hurt) and her car was considered a total loss. We quickly searched for affordable used cars and found a car to suit our needs at Budget Auto Sales. The buying process was smooth and quick. I appreciated their extra consideration of the fact that we drove over an hour and a half to get this car with a baby, as well as that they held our check until we had the payment in hand from insurance. They also were flexible with our hiccups with the license plates and handled it like pros. We were able to go see and get the car home within a week. They also assured us that if any issues arose, we should contact them immediately and they would do all they could to help. Thank you very much, Budget Auto Sales, for your kind assistance.

We purchased a high mileage car from Budget Auto after our car was totaled out unexpectedly. We had some issues with the car a few days after we brought it home and started driving it, but Budget Auto was very helpful and easy to deal with and they fixed the problem. I took the time to look at reviews when buying a car and am glad I did since some auto lots and shops are less then helpful after the purchase is complete. They are very nice and honest people.

Found a car on the Facebook Marketplace that they were advertising at a price I found acceptable. Said that they offered financing and to visit their website which I did. Found the same car was listed at the same price so seeing it all seemed good I filled out the financing information then magically within less than 24 hours the same car went up $1,000 on the Facebook listing for it. Knowing how the internet works these days I made sure to have screenshots of the post and the price before I applied and after the price changed. I'm sure they will say there was some type of error but it's a bit suspicious for it to jump in price right after I apply for it. Going off of the negative reviews on Google maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

I had stopped in only to ask if they ever got cars in a specific price range. They had one car that was doable for me, I got so lucky with timing! Within 24 hours I had my loan and the car! I can't thank Steve enough for helping me out. Hopefully the car will last a good long time!

I went to Budget Auto a second time in seach of a vehicle for our son to drive back and forth to college. The people at Budget Auto came up with the ideal vehicle for him. I could not be more satisfied.

I went to Budget Auto in search of a mini van for my daughter and her 3 kids. The sales people had exactly what I was looking for and then some. Four months later the vehicle is still running strong and I could not have asked for better. Thank you Budget Auto!
