Cadillac Serviced

Bentley is normally a good dealership for servicing a vehicle. This time they left a greasy handprint on my fender.

Helpfull

Free diagnostic coupon used for minimal charges other than the parts and labor. Service Manager has great common sense when the diagnostics had multiple codes and errors. Part that was bypassed (EGR Valve) on our volt was replaced. So many electronics now a day that points to so many different parts that may be deflective. Note: Thermostat was replaced at a different dealership while on a trip because that was what the book said to do however the same failure occurred after only 100 miles.

Poor Service Department

Took my truck in because the engine light was on. They called me and told me that my DEF was low! I was told it would be a 3 hour job and that it would be $350.00 I have a light that comes on when my DEF is low, my light was not on. I already had a print out from Auto Zone that said I needed to replace an injector. I was not called that day by the service department or the next day or the next day. Finally I called and I was told that an injector had to be replaced but it was under warranty. I ended up paying $350.00 because of someone mis-diagnosed in the first place. I paid for a stab in the dark. I had to call three days later to find out what was going on, poor service department.

Issues already

Great place an the buying process is obviously fast because they will sell you anything. I dont like having less that 300 miles on my new 2020 an had to already be fixed twice

My husband and I have always dealt with Russell Castile in the service department. He is very knowledgeable and helpful to us with any problem we may have. He is courteous and goes above and beyond answering our questions. He always get us in and out in a timely manner He is our go to person when we have any concern about my vehicle. He’s the best!!!
