This was the best car buying experience.

This was the best car buying experience. We worked with Ross, who was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and even came in on his day off to accommodate our crazy work schedules. He communicated with us the entire time and answered our questions before I we had to ask them. This dealership cares about their customers and the service was exceptional. Thank you Vachon and Ross for everything! We will see you back for future purchases.

Awesome experience

I was looking for a specific Truck this dealership had. Was able to do the majority of the deal over the phone. No surprises everything was exactly the way they said it was. My wife and I drove over 4 hours to buy this truck. Knowing that I'm more than likely not to be a repeat customer. They went above and beyond what i have experienced at other dealerships. If this situation came up again I would go back to them.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Once you pick up your new car, customer service is non-existent. Band new vehicle needed paint correction. Been over a month and a half since delivery and am still waiting for vehicle to be fixed. General manager compared brand new SUV to a washing machine.

Go somewhere else!

I brought my car in for service, to have issues with fuel injectors fixed. They charged me over $1,000 and told me it was all set. When I picked the car up, my check engine light was suddenly on. The issue I brought it in for service for was not fixed and the notes that I received back from the service department contained information in the “customer states” section that I did not give them and that is false. I would not recommend at all!

highly recommend!!

I had a particular vehicle that I was searching for (a white 2017 Ford Explorer Sport) and had visited 8 dealerships over a span of about 1.5 months. I wanted low mileage, with a clean interior and exterior - but I also wanted a fair price. Being that it was the end of 2020, it was harder to find this, as most of the 2017 leases were bought up earlier in the year. I went into the searching and buying process expecting honest, professional, and respectful service. I'll share that dealing with all those other dealerships was frustrating and wore on my patience, but definitely helped me feel confident in my decision to do business with Vachon GMC Cadillac! Jim (sales) and Mike (manager) were fantastic. Jim was really friendly and took the edge off the buying process with his conversation. He was honest (admitted that he obviously wanted to make the sale) but didn't apply a lot of pressure and kept it respectful. Not once did he "honey" or "sweetie" me, or act like I was being too picky. When I took it for a test drive, I noted that it didn't sound like it should - that something didn't feel right. They brought it right into the shop to check it out and figured out that one of the tires was slightly unbalanced. They had me take it for another drive after that and it drove like a dream. I pointed out that it looked like one of the roof rails needed a fix and they immediately submitted an order to replace the part. On the day that we came to pick up the vehicle, there was now a chip in the windshield, so they made an appointment for me to come back in a week to have the windshield fixed and the roof rail replaced. Everything was handled perfectly and for the first time in my life, I LOVE my vehicle!! Very pleased with my purchase and my experience at this dealership. Highly recommend reaching out to Jim at Vachon GMC Cadillac if they've got what you're looking for!

DO NOT GO HERE.

Scam! Brought my car in for service to fix a leak in the transmission. They diagnosed it that the seals were bad. They “fixed” that and then after a week I brought the car back because it was still leaking. They told me it needs another $2500 in repairs to the transmission but they never even took the transmission out to inspect it!

Good experience

Not only were they friendly and courteous, but they were quick, made the repair and explained the issue to me. They even cleaned/vacuumed my car's interior and washed away all the winter salt and grime on the exterior. Love this dealership!
