I recently had an unfortunate experience with my previously owned vehicle so I was browsing and thinking of purchasing a newer vehicle. I went to Usem to see what they could offer me. They worked with me to get my monthly payments to a price I could comfortably afford as well as worked with me to purchase my old vehicle for trade in. The dealership I bought my vehicle from previously was no where near as accommodating as Usem & I will be purchasing again in the future from Usem when the time comes.

Loyd & Brian were very easy and fair to deal with. When we were ready to leave we discovered a burned out light bulb. they had the service department replace it & we were on our way in about 30 minutes.

Had my best car buying experience thus far. Salesman was honest and made sure he knew where I was coming from before he even talked numbers. Even bowled a turkey for a chance at extra money. Won the turkey and $90!!!!

My experience was very good from the time I was met at the door to closing with the finance manager. The salesmen and sales manager we quick and fair in their dealings. I will recommend them to friends, family and others I know that are looking for a vehicle.

i liked coming into the shop. I called ahead about a used car and we got there it was out front ready to look at and test drive. No pressure from any of the salesperson or any other person.

Lloyd put us in direct communication by phone with the former owner of the used car we were interested in and that person answered our questions about some history on the car. This info was then a part of our price agreement. Lloyd was both patient and helpful while we made up our minds and we DID purchase the car.

This dealership has about ten or fewer employees working on any given day. I had been talking with them about purchasing a vehicle and had a verbal agreement that I would purchase and pick up a vehicle. However, when I showed up to purchase they informed me that they had sold the vehicle 10 minutes prior without informing me. They sold it right out from under me without any indication that our deal was no longer pending. These people are untrustworthy and will NEVER under ANY circumstances have my business. They are shady and should not be given any future business.
