I traded in my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ pickup truck in that was costing me to much in repairs so I talked with Colton and he helped me find another vehicle that I love a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Pickup truck I love it I highly recommend Colton Rainey to Everyone

I felt LC did a great job of working with us.

I felt LC did a great job of working with us. Unfortunately, when I got to the finance office to finalize the deal we had agreed to, an additional "documentary" fee of $399 had been tacked on. I am very unsatisfied with this underhanded way of doing business. We will probably not come back to this dealership for a long time.

I wanted to clarify a few things about my review. First, we had been negotiating about a week on a Kicks we had tested. The trade in allowance kept changing throughout the process but we finally agreed to a price that would work for us plus taxes and title fee. Second, when i went into Gateway to seal the deal we ended up with $500 less on trade and an additional $399 documentary fee which i was told was never negotiable. We are very disappointed in the way Gateway does business and will probably not come back.
