Don't Expect to Hear from Them

I have sent a few inquiries on used cars to this dealer in the past and never received a response on any of them. The true measure of a good car dealer is if they show the same level of interest in corresponding with you about a $5,000 car as they do about a $50,000 car. Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet falls short of this measure.

Dinsdale in Grand Island saves the Day!!

Although my husband had contact with a very rude man when my husband drove to a former service area, we were more than pleased with the prompt thorough service we received without an appointment. Due to this efficient service team, we were able to attend our daughter's nursing graduation in Omaha. We certainly will continue to take our cars to Dinsdale. Thank you again! McGowens

Great customer service and establishment.

The customer service was great. I got in right away and the paperwork was quick. I didn't have to wait for a shuttle service to work as they had a couple vehicles out running. They called me as soon as my vehicle was ready. The ladies at the desk were awesome and very friendly. However, I did mention that my information center said I had a low tire and asked them to look at it and repair it if needed. They did call me back and told me that my tire had a nail go through the bottom and into the side wall and they were unable to fix it so they gave me a price for a new tire which they had in stock but I had them remount the damaged tire and I took it to another tire center for a second opinion and they were able to fix it with no problems. I only had to pay $14 for a repair instead of the quoted $174.40 for a new tire. That's quite a difference. But other than that everyone was very polite and I was in and out. If I didn't have the tire issue I would definitely be giving a 5 star and 10 for recommending. :)

However, regarding your tire repair, neither the manufacturer of your tire nor the manufacturer of the patch that is used to repair your tire ever recommends that you patch a tire when there has been damage to the sidewall. Sidewall tire failures can be extremely dangerous especially if the tire is located on the front of the vehicle because it can easily cause you to lose control. Quality service

I always have appreciated how the team at Tom Dinsdale's make me feel welcome. They are professional, yet friendly and helpful. Someone was ready to help me almost as soon as I drove into the service area. I received a phone call regarding a recommendation to replace a filter. There was no pressure from the service professional that I follow the recommendation. I chose to have the filter changed and my car was ready for me to pick up in a timely manner.

Great Experience at Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet

We recently ordered a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 double door truck from Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet. Sam Reynolds was our salesman and we have bought 8 new vehicles from Sam over the years. We have high respect for Sam as he shows his professionalism in very way. He went through all the instrument panel with us on our new truck and explained to us what every button did. And he answered all of our questions. He also help me set up my blue tooth and I love it. We were amazed how fast our truck arrived. I believe it was less than 5 weeks, and we got exactly what we wanted. We are so happy with our new truck. Thank you Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet and Sam Reynolds for a great experience.
