John Retcher contacted me off of a lead and I came over to see what the trade in value was on my truck for a new work truck, he had told me that they had a 2013 diesel truck that we worked a deal on. We drove over 75 miles to this dealership because they were so personable. Our salesman brought the vehicle half way for us to simply check it out, and then was amazing when it came to negotiating a fair price. The vehicle was beautifully clean and detailed when we test drove it, and they were very helpful in ensuring our out of state purchase was easy. My only complaint was the financing process. I wish I had used my local credit union instead of relying on them to finance my vehicle. Even though they got me a better interest rate, the fees and hassle out weighed any savings.

They went out of their way to get me the truck I wanted, and for the price I wanted. They were quick with the paperwork, and financing, and made me feel like I was the only customer on the lot. Very friendly, and helpful from start to finish, and after the purchase.
