My wife and I have been taking our BMWs to Flemington BMW for over 20 years and they have always provided excellent service. This last time was an exception, but Laura Varga did an excellent job in resolving the problem. The technician had forgotten to reconnect the water pump after implementing the repair required by the recall. As a result, after we drove the car for a few miles, to an appointment it overheated. After our appointment, it seemed the issue had resolved itself, but it had not, and the car overheated again. Fearing damage to the engine, we pulled over into a parking lot and called Flemington BMW, but the service department was already closed. So, I texted Laura Varga. Long story short, she managed to get it fixed the next day and even offered to reimburse us for the Uber ride required to get us home from the parking lot.

Kursad was our salesman and always exhibited a great attitude. He was very personable, attentive, and gave exceptional insight toward car selection. Additionally, Catherine from the finance department was fantastic! She provided us with all needed information and made it known that we can contact her with anything at all! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Flemington BMW. The process was smooth as usual. We feel very comfortable at this dealership, as we know a lot of the employees by name. The salesman and management were great. I will continue to give Flemington BMW my business for sales and service until they give me a reason not. I do feel valued for being a loyal customer.

This is the second BMW that my wife and I have purchased from Flemington BMW and Kursad, and we could not be happier. First off, the dealership is beautiful, sparkling clean, and professionally run with tons of inventory. We made an appointment to came and take a look at electric vehicles and requested Kursad in the sales dept. Kursad sold us our last BMW a few years ago and we were very happy with that sales process as he is honest, knowledgable, and personal without adding undue pressure to make a sale that wouldn't work for us. We test drove an i4 AWD and was impressed with the handling, acceleration, and overall look of the vehicle and wound up leasing the vehicle for very fair price. We discussed trading in our other BMW vehicle and a fair price was offered to seal the deal. Then it was time to go to the finance dept. where Catherine Ferry went over the paperwork. Catherine really knows how to take care of her customers and the whole finance process could not have gone any smoother. Catherine was honest, and as with our last purchase at this dealership, a delight to work with. She explained all our options and also created no unwanted pressure that oftentimes makes vehicle purchases so unenjoyable. Finally, Rahul Lohan, the "tech guy" helped us figure out all the technology for which there is a lot. He configured the vehicle to our liking and explained in great detail how to operate each system. This young man was a pleasure to interact with and had tons of patience as he explained how all the tech works. All in all, a very nice experience and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a BMW.
