Overall, a great experience! My client advisor, Jack Skibinski, was very professional in showing the features of my CPO on the test drive. I asked him to drive the car the first half of the test drive, while I focused on the smoothness of the ride and interior features. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. His focus was on was it the right fit for me. When it came down to price, he was on top of obtaining my possible trade-in value, while also being realistic on price. Did not push add-ons. Dealership- Totally respectful of my time both on test drive/deposit as well as at sales/pickup. Whole experience on each trip was less than an hour! That included getting a BMW Finance loan and add-on protection (wheels, tires, 3-in-1) A positive experience!
