Jim Cross, sales consultant and sales manager, John Scudder are an outstanding team. My wife and i had no appointment and were "walk-ins" on the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend. Our initial focus was for a Crosstrek Premium model. Left the dealership, and made a last minute change to a Crosstrek Sport in Alpine Green. This particular model was not in Sommer's inventory. John Scudder did a quick research and found our model with the additional safety features we wanted, available, and transferred on site in less than a week. Now that's service!!! In the future, when shopping for another vehicle, Sommer's Subaru is the first stop for us.
