would like to share my experience. I paid $25,000 for a vehicle 15 days ago and received a bill of sale that contained an incorrect VIN. When I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed the VIN was wrong. I reached out to the salesman, Kevin, who informed me that they do not have the correct bill of sale and that I must wait for the title. Currently, I am still waiting and have been denied a refund, even though the car remains at their dealership. Essentially, I have paid $25,000 and am still waiting for my car.

I have spoken to you on multiple occasions, you were told from the very beginning that the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction needed to be completed. You acknowledged this the first day and then proceeded to try to bully us into giving you the car without the paperwork. No amount of bullying will cause us to release this vehicle without the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction.

I have been receiving requests to leave a review, so I would like to share my experience. I paid $25,000 for a vehicle 15 days ago and received a bill of sale that contained an incorrect VIN. As of this moment you have not sent us the paperwork to process your transaction back. We will not release the vehicle without it.
What paperwork its wrong Vin number on it so I can not sign with wrong Vin number. Its against the low to give me a Vin number I never bought and when I bring that to you attention you said you can not give me bill of sales because you Dont have it for the vehicle I have purchased you will Only give me titles when its available… so that means vehicle was not ready to be sold and you cashed my check. If I would have checked the Vin the day you took my check I would have never give you the check but I find out after I went to my insurance I never thought you would do that.
I want my bill of sale and I give you the paper work that have wrong Vin number. But I need my purchase bill of sale. I need it for my tax and my insurance!

Bunch of crooks and Tom is the worst of them all with his
Bunch of crooks and Tom is the worst of them all with his passive aggressive behavior. Saying constantly “ I don’t want to upset you….” Lucky I didn’t really lay into him. I’ll start with it was my fault for not inspecting the used vehicle that I was purchasing thoroughly. I didn’t even make it off the lot and the vent adjusters fell off in my lap. They had “fixed” the windshield but there’s was still a visible crack, driving down the road I pointed out a few flaws and was told by the GM George send them all in we will do the right thing. Next day hadn’t heard anything and I call. Tom tells me there’s no way they can fix any of the stuff. Tells me come pick up my trade in that they know they won’t make me happy. Tell him I know the tech that took off my bed extender broke the taillight on my truck and he tells me yea they fixed it. He was lying I took the taillight off right there in front of him and showed him and again he went passive aggressive. Get home and I’m putting my stuff back in my truck and I noticed they ran into something and scratched my bumper up. This dealership is garbage and has no intergrity at all. Almost $60k for a used truck and they didn’t want to fix a few things to keep a customer. Sad. But better off made me decide to go new Chevy High Country!!!! Some wear? That’s a joke. The steer column clips all broken, the handle on the pillar, cover won’t lock in, steering wheel not centered, lower seat cushion torn and the dash cut. Tom said it was a hard no on all these items said the no came from above George. George had verbally told me on the phone he would make it all right. I was ok with the dash cut it was minor. But the rest of these items I had to have fixed they were above a little wear for a $60k vehicle with 27k miles. Truck was way overpriced for all them defects.What about the damage done to my truck? I see you avoided that subject. Classless and no integrity!

We are sorry you feel this way about your experience. Our view of what occurred is a little different though. When purchasing a 4 year old used vehicle- it is expected there will be some signs of use. As you mentioned, during your time at the dealership, none of these concerns were mentioned. When you returned to show us the windshield and vent adjusters. We agreed to replace both items- no questions asked. The next day, you spoke with Tom to express concerns about a few other items, all of which he agreed to address, again, with no questions asked. It was only when you requested an entire new dashboard, for an incredibly small imperfection when we objected. At that point- we offered to take the vehicle back from you, again with no questions asked. Again, we are sorry you feel this way- if you would like to discuss more, feel free to contact George.”
Again you people are spinning the story differently. I called and spoke to George after I left the dealership and told him about the dash, seat cushion, steering wheel not centered, and the dash column clips being broken, He told me to put it all in an email and that he would make it all right. I knew the dash was a stretch and was willing to let that one slide but not the rest of the damages. When I called the next day Tom flat out said no to everything being repaired and for me to come get my truck. There was no negotiation of any sort. He told me take my trade in with the damage your dealership created or take the purchased truck with damages they weren’t going to fix.

Bought the truck used from Seabreeze. Brought it in for a repair that was covered by a warranty I purchased based on a warranty the finance recommended. Running good now. Thanks!

I had to trade in a Brand New Bronco 2025 with under 1000 miles because it wasn?t the car of my dreams. I waited four years to buy my car outright. I listened to the advice of others and decided on a different color, and model. When it arrived as I did order it from a different dealer it wasn?t the car I had dreamed of. Yes, I am a woman so there was drama. Anyway I found it out of state and drove to Sea Breeze in New Jersey. You must always go with what you like not with the advice of others. They had the car clean and ready. It was the exact car that I wanted. They traded the one that I had, and my ride home was in my dream car. Dreams do come true. Thankyou SeaBreeze????
