Just great service

Helpful and friendly

Went to look at a used 2014 Dodge Avenger today (02/10/18), and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Brian was great and we can’t wait to work with him again.

minivan mom

I purchased a new Pacifica from Dearth in Monroe. I had been doing research on my own and completed an online form as there seemed to be a lot of inventory at the Monroe dealership. Brian Geissbuhler happened to be the sales person who responded to my inquiry. He was very helpful in setting up a test drive, answering my questions and then later when I chose to go with a new vehicle and specified what I was willing to pay for...found me the EXACT vehicle - right down to every spec and color. He was SO helpful (as his wife had a similar van, he knew all about the bells and whistles) and NOT pushy AT ALL. He would respond to email, texts or phone calls - whatever worked for me at the time. A week later I decided to purchase a few items (including Weather Tech floor mats). Brian had my van picked up from my house and dropped back off after the service had been completed (leaving me a loaner van). He was so helpful and kind. I never felt pressured. This is my first new vehicle I've purchased, I have absolutely no regrets working with Brian - I feel like I got a fair deal and the customer service was exceptional.

Very helpful at finding my new vehicle!

I walked into the dealership not thinking about buying a Jeep because I've heard they are a more expensive vehicle. Craig asked me what I wanted in a vehicle, and he said let's go look at the cherokee and we can add features you want from there. He kept the Jeep in my price range. I was so surprised! I picked up my Jeep 3 days later and love it so far!

Great Experience Shopping with Deartg

We bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee from Dearth, with the assistance of Brian Geissbuhler, who was extremely helpful in getting us the best possible deal. Brian and Dearth staff got everything prepared for us the day we purchased the vehicle, and we drove home extremely happy customers!
