Initially, Crain Hyundai provided exceptional customer service during my purchase. Due to health issues, they accommodated a remote transaction and delivered my SUV to my home two hours away - truly outstanding service. However, when I brought my vehicle in for recall service, their service department damaged my SUV. The service representative seemed eager to rush me away without properly addressing the damage, though I appreciate the technician who honestly admitted their error. The inadequate repair has resulted in my engine light coming on two weeks ago. Despite multiple calls and messages, Crain Hyundai has completely failed to return any communication to resolve their mistake. While their sales team excelled, the service department's poor handling of their error and complete lack of follow-up communication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership, especially for out-of-town customers who may receive lower priority service.

MISDIAGNOSIS for My Hyundai 2015 Elantra.
MISDIAGNOSIS for My Hyundai 2015 Elantra. My car was towed in There was no noises or check engine lights. The only issue was it hesitated to crank ,then a few minutes it hesitated on a celebrating. I thought maybe plugs and wires. I got a call with a estimate over over $5,116.09 .the diagnosis was timing chain repair. The woman I called about the diagnosis saidy gears were rubbing against metal and I had a bent rod. I asked her how she come to this conclusion without looking inside the engine. A timing chain would make a loud hammer noise and a engine wouldn't crank if that was issues. She said she ran a code. Then I said I don't believe this diagnosis. I still had to pay 209.00$ for a mis diagnosis. I took my car to another repair shop and I got diagnosed with a Crankshaft sensor cord which was 73$ w tax and 70$ labor. 143$ total. I feel that My money for a MISDIAGNOSIS should be reimbursed immediately. And I'm asking why I never received any help from management. .This is a violation of laws with the federal trade commission.

This dealership is a joke! They tore my vehicle in the inside and refused to take accountability for the damages. Customer service is terrible and they only lie to make a sale. Do not buy any car from this dealership. This dealership will scam you and have you thinking that either your car fixed or you have the car of your dreams. This is all a lie beware!

Prepared to be lied to.
They lied about the extra key fob and tried to make me pay an additional $100 for a key fob they had the whole time. Told me they had to order a new one but somehow it was already programmed for the car.

The person who deserves the 5-star rating is Mark Madison. Mark has taken care of me, my two daughters, and several other family members for years. He's a straight shooter, he's honest, and has much integrity. That's not been my experience with most car salespeople. He works hard to please his customers and is the reason we have purchased six cars from them over the course of several years.

Today I talk with Andrea freeman she going to tell me they didn’t make the dent on my G80 I told them the hood never been up but three times and they let it up while working on my brakes now what I don’t understand why did they send me too a body shop man in the back of car lot if they didn’t do it 🤨 help me understand that NEVER BUY CAR from CRAIN Hyundai this the way they treat a OLD DISABLE VETERAN Lord I pray for This CRAIN HYUNDAI

Horrible: Avoid at ALL Cost
This dealership has fallen off significantly since I purchased my Genesis in 2016. The service department offers nothing but excuses. Just recently when the customer service manager contacted me to inquire about my recent visit, she insisted on debating with me about Crain's lack of ability to provide scheduled service. She finally hung up on me. Wow. The last time I scheduled an appointment with Crain, I did so 3 weeks prior so there would be no issues. Yet again, they were not able to provide the service requested. It amazing they are still in business. It is very disappointing, and while I love the Genesis, I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I will also discourage others. The only bright spot is the sales team. Mr. Olie is always helpful.
