Associated Sales and Leasing

I have purchased 5 cars over the past 13 years with Associated Sales and I have been very happy with them. The sales staff are knowledgable about the cars they sell, friendly and courteous. During this same time, Associated Sales has been servicing all of my vehicles. The work is done correctly the first time, it performed timely and their service and customer care has been excellent.

We were looking for a mini-van on Cars.com and found two that we were interested in. One was from Associated and another was a model from another dealer. We e-mailed Associated via Cars.com. Matt replied to us and we set up a date to look at the car. When we first meet car salesmen we are ?On guard? and watch for the curve ball. Once we talked to Matt and he explained things in terms that we could understand, we felt better. We felt that Matt was truly honest with us and that we could trust him with what he promised. He conscientiously answered all of our concerns. He also said he would work with us on some options that we wanted to add. The van was, by the way, in excellent shape. None the less, we also wanted to check out the other van found at another lot. The van was also very nice. They were going to give us less for a trade in and when showing them numbers from several used car guides they gave us the old ?I have to ask the manager, and then the manager said I have to ask our district manager etc.. we?ll get back to you.? When we asked them about some options, it was strictly our cost and no negotiating room. Actually this make of van did not meet some of our requirements, one being carrying a recumbent tandem inside for travel. We talked about it and decided that the van at Associated best fit our needs and arranged to meet with Matt again. Again, Matt was wonderful to work with and gave us straight answers and was able to compromise with us. Matt?s humor and openness made our car shopping an enjoyable experience. Thanks again. We have purchased the last 3 of our cars here. They guys are great... during the sale as well as after. If there is an issue they bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Even rescuing me once on a Saturday morning (a panicked female) when the car had an issue more than a year after purchase! They pick up my car from where I work when it needs routine service and deliver it back! As a busy employee I really appreciate that kind of customer service. They know who we are when we call and are always available to assist. I could not ask for a better car dealer/ repair shop. A big thank you to all the guys there! Every car we ever need to buy will be purchased and serviced here. We had though this kind of service had disappeared... we found the best at Associated :)

You can take anything that Matt and his crew tell you to the bank. They stand behind what they sell and the service they provide. The cars that I've purchased have all been exactly as represented. I've found that the service department has often found ways to save money. I recently thought that I needed heater parts. The service manager found a service bulletin that said to reprogram the computer. I was charged a lot less than I expected. Whenever my wife or I visit ASL, we are treated like friends.

These guys are great. We found our Toyota online, called to make an appointment the next day, and closed the deal that day. The guy at Associated Sales and Leasing are helpful, respectful, trustworthy, and just great to do business with. They are honesty and will go out of there way to serve you. I don't think i've ever dealt with a car dealership quite like this!! Will definitely do business with again!!!

We felt valued by the staff at Associated Sales. They sell quality cars and make sure they are ready to go before they are driven off of the lot. We love our vehicle from them and bought it for a great price. They also got us a better interest rate than our bank was able to give.

I was shopping for a used car, and the deals here are amazing. Honestly, you can put in a reqest for what you are looking for, and they will find you anything. The cars they have are HALF PRICE OR LOWER than new cars, yet they only have like 3000 miles on them. Very good deals on used cars, this is the place to go. Very good advice on purchase, amazing salesmen. Quite a few steps above the rest.

My family has used ASL for over ten years. We have purchased two cars from Matt and the folks at ASL. We have also received dozens of oil changes, minor repairs and tires. They have been great! They work quickly, getting the job done while I wait, or drop the car off at my job when finished. I'll buy another car in the fall, and it will be from ASL. Associated rents cars too. I've rented from ASL at very fair prices. Give them a call, you won't be disappoint .

We've bought 4-5 cars from Matt at Associated over the past 15 years. Working with Matt is like having a private shopper. He'll send his buyer out to find the car you want, bring it back, inspect it and if necessary make the necessary repairs; or you can shop for the same quality off his lot. His markup is fair given what my time is worth. We recently had a transmission go bad on a car we bought for my son. Matt stepped up and helped us out once again. We continue to do business with him after moving to Ill. because we can trust him.

I have been extremely satisfied for over 20 years. Everyone there is wonderful and very helpful. They will make sure you get the right vehicle for the needs of you and your family. I feel confident telling people who are looking for a vehicle, that Associates Sales is where they need to go!
