I purchased a car from Dylan at Dorsch online. He was very receptive to all text messages. We negotiated on a price. Then, at closing, there was a small problem. I was apprehensive that Dylan would not fix it. I was incorrect! Dylan fixed the issue! Great communication and service! I would 100% buy another from Dylan/Dorsch!

Quick mobil 1 mustang oil change. Very careful not scratching car. Comfortable waiting area. Celeste found me when job was complete. She informed me of service and oil change specials and took payment at the check in desk, no waiting. She said she knew someone who drives a hellcat. Pleasant experience.

I had to bring my vehicle in 5 times before they finally
I had to bring my vehicle in 5 times before they finally fixed the issue with my van’s sliding door. Communication with the service manager was awful. He didn’t call or message me all day stating that my vehicle wasn’t finished, and I didn’t get my van back until the following day! (I even called and left a message asking for an update on my vehicle, and he never called back). I will not be bringing my vehicle into their service department again.

Hi! Tks for response! Bought the car got home brakes squeaked! Took back! Service said brakes were put on backwards?? Took home still squeaked! Got better pads put on and rotors polished ! Car was out of alignment had to. get that done! Rear strut is worn out! Callled your service Norm said the 4000 mile warranty doesn’t cover it because that is normal wear and tear! xx! only had put on 200 miles since bought so that wear and tear was there before! I also had to replace two tire sensors!The tires that were put on are worn some and have terrible road noise!! And the salesman told me when bought it was completely checked over! Also the CD player does not work correct!!I am very disappointed and thinking is trying to sell it! Paul C Michaelis I had to pay for all this!!! I was lied too and am going to try and sell it in future!
