I was promised a second key fob upon purchase and have

I was promised a second key fob upon purchase and have not yet received it. Two days after purchase, I discovered a tear in the back leather seat. This defect was not addressed at the time of sale. I received a parking violation notice for my trade-in vehicle, indicating that the ownership transfer was not completed by your dealership. I have called multiple times regarding the key fob with no action taken or follow-up provided. I have not been assigned a consistent point of contact, and my concerns have been repeatedly passed between departments without resolution.
