I had a recall issue with my 2025 Explorer and utilized Dorschs’s remote service. My experience was excellent, convenient and professional. The technician Jay was top notch.

They made the car buying process seamless. Colin was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured.

I was promised a second key fob upon purchase and have not yet received it. Two days after purchase, I discovered a tear in the back leather seat. This defect was not addressed at the time of sale. I received a parking violation notice for my trade-in vehicle, indicating that the ownership transfer was not completed by your dealership. I have called multiple times regarding the key fob with no action taken or follow-up provided. I have not been assigned a consistent point of contact, and my concerns have been repeatedly passed between departments without resolution.

Took Corsair in for routine maintenance and a bad cruise control button another problem was found Doug handled everything excellently.

He was very professional and completed the work in a reasonable time. Ordered the part and later installed. I’m leaving for the winter soon and glad it got fixed.
