New Service Writer this time. He was the ultimate professional. In and out of the shop in a little over 1hr. As the normal, was met at the car by the porter, very friendly and professional as well. Great Job!

The service I had was great.

The service I had was great. All of my questions were answered. That is why I use this dealership for all oil changes,tires and anything else that needs to be done on my vehicle.

My only issue is that after having my oil changed, when I

My only issue is that after having my oil changed, when I got in to leave it smelled like cigarettes. It would be nice if the mechanics didn?t smoke before getting in peoples cars.

You guys need to ask the Columbia service center how is

You guys need to ask the Columbia service center how is done. I got turned away one time because my miles weren't in range for the free oil change. Then it felt like I was being ignored this visit. Taking me to the cashier station to sign for my free service and having a fee listed on the paperwork had me thinking I was being charged. Never had any issues when I was taking it to Columbia. I'm glad that was my last free service so I never have to go back.

Oil change and replacing engine air filter . The job was done promptly including a free car wash. The waiting area was cleaned, with snacks and tv provided. Computer work stations were also available.

Always excellent service at this location!!! I continue to come back because if Tom in the service center. I trust he will always do the right thing for me and my car...and in all my 6 years so far, he has !!! Thank you, Tom! You are the only person besides my husband and dad that I trust with my vehicle!!! :)

Overall satisfied with the great customer service. The purchase as far as finance not so smooth and too long of time to process. But overall I?m satisfied and love the new Kona. My 2nd purchase at this dealership.
