ray and charlie are great! charlie the finance manager got me approved on a vehicle with only a 620 credit score! Ray the car salesman was great with us and he went above and beyond my expectations!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! They are so shady! They don't back up anything they tell you. They sold me a a black Nissan sentra with a cracked front end and they had it covered in black tape. Charlie said they would fix it. Then they changed it to if I bought the part they'd put it on. The part is a 600.00 part and thats from a salvage yard. They need to buy the part and put it on. The brakes are going out and it pulls to one side. Once again Charlie promised they take care of it. He kept telling me to bring it in and I would. Instead of having a mechanic look at it Charlie test drove it. Hes a salesman not a mechanic. Lol He told me to bring it back in the spring and I did. I had an appt with them to look at it and when I got there Charlie wasn't even there he was on vacation. Needless to say they fixed nothing. Im still driving a car with painted black tape on it. They refuse to keep their promises. Do not buy from here!

This place will do anything to sell a car, and it's honestly a terrible place to buy from. The salesman lied to my mom three times about fixing her car, and when I went in to get a car, they kept repeating the same lies every time I had to make a purchase. I ended up going to a dealership in Appleton where I didn’t have to put anything down. The way they treated us made me feel like it was because we're Black. I really don’t recommend buying a car from them; they need to be closed down.

Dishonest, hard to deal with, they sell junk and don't care once you've signed the papers.

This is the worst dealership. They lied about our interest rate, they claimed a repair under my warranty that they were supposed to take care of and when I complained they said “we are not dealing with your f***ing car anymore”. Now it needs an engine. $20,000 down the drain.

Bought a jeep, within 3 months needed to timing chain. Paid $2,700 for an extended warranty, which I later learned only covered $5,000 in repair. The warranty covered $2,300 all said and done. Now that I used it, the warranty is over. I’m out an additional $456.00 after warranty cover. I guess it’s partially my fault for not reading the fine print, while looking at a smiling, thought to be trustworthy salesman. I realize it’s a used vehicle, I’m 70 never ever had to replace a timing chain. Grrrrrrr😡

Sold me a car with a misfire in cyl 4. I had no idea, they didn't tell more or anything. Ghosted me after contacting them. DONT BUY FROM HERE!

Do NOT buy from here! They are scammers and do not want to help the customer… more interested in your money, and being xxxxxxxx. Went in 4 times for them to fix one issue and it never got fixed!!!
