This would be our 3rd vehicle purchase from Carmax and ,by far,the best experience. We (my wife and I) decided to do the express purchase option.I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first being that we experienced a few inauspicious "hiccups" during our second purchase.However,we decided to brave process nonetheless. Salesman Shakil Martinez took our information via phone/text and insured us that the process would be favorable. Truer words could have not been spoken:The next day we were in and out of the dealership in a little better than 20 minutes.We were and are ecstatic over the expeditious process and our Volvo xc90 inscription. Thanks Mr.Martinez and Team Carmax once again.
