Excellent customer service, was easy to return the sonata because a cigarette smell, smooth transition to get my nissan sentra, sales person very professional.

I love Carmax and will continue buying my vehicles from them. They price their vehicles fairly and also give great quotes when buying your vehicle. Shakil was very attentive and did not pressure me at all. I actually stopped in the middle of a purchase due to an engine recall that I did not want to deal with. He had no issue with that and helped me through the process of locating a different vehicle and having it shipped to my store. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I financed through my credit union, and he even helped that process go smoothly. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful, but Carmax always makes it a lot easier than other dealerships. We have now purchased our last 6 vehicles from them and will continue to do so!

I had a F150 powerboost shipped from California to Houston Texas, the exact truck I was looking for! Dominic at the Gulf Freeway location is an outstanding sales agent, I literally can't see enough good things about him! So knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with, a complete professional!

Roxanne was very professional and explain everything what I needed to know and so as Maria Garcia. The reason why I gave one star is the day I called I was told someone's going to call me after reporting the tire air is low, a chip on the windshield and the car wasn't detailed when I got it.

Disappointed. Paid $2k transfer. Test drove a filthy car. Long wait afterwards for "detail" shop to clean. They did not. Car sat outside for over an hour apparently ready to go, but no one came to help us. Finally the finance person that helped us (she was great) saw us and got the "salesman" that was supposed to be helping us. He did not care at all about our purchase or us.

My experience was quick amd easy I would reccomend all family and friends to Carmax that's how great my ecperience was I LOVE CARMAX.

Seemed to be upfront and honest. Only problem is early in the morning no breakfast tacos. Other then that I'll be coming back. Just wish I could afford that BMW.

My experience started with a representative on the phone. This person helped me secure a vehicle from another state organize. It’s transfer and set up a meeting once it got there. It was so very smooth and perfect. I was then notified that my vehicle was ready came in took ownership and off we went experience was awesome. Been spying vehicles through Carmax since 2005. The car buying experience is great and the service is great thanks for being great.

Ray was super helpful during the buying process. Excellent service but there was no follow up call after sale. All in all good.

Great experience buying new car and selling old car. Very friendly and professional staff. Oh, and loved the bow for the picture!
