CarMax West Sahara

They said that my car has no accidents and the rear door for luggage it was painted i can see the pain breeze in the rear lights 😡

Drove 2 hours buy a reserved car that the manager took home for a joy ride for the weekend. Came back to buy it a few days later and did everything ahead and was supposed to an “express pickup” and sat around for hours while we were pretty much ignored. Nobody was helpful. This place sucks.

This was my second time buying from CarMax, first time from this dealership. Both times was a satisfactory experience. I went online first and found just what I was looking for and available at the west Sahara location. Brought the car into the service department the next day to take care of a minor item and the service manager Dyla tells me that when the technician was pulling the car in he discovered another more serious issue. So they took the car in for a few days, gave me a nice loaner and took care of everything. I felt it really exemplified what going that extra mile was all about. Dyla and her crew were terrific. Everyone there was friendly and courteous, very professional.

the associate was great but I don't understand why a brand new car doesn't have a spear key and you want to charge me $600-$700 for a key i hope someone can call me and help me with this.

I have always had a very good experience at carmax.. never been turned down for a car.. Tea is a great salesperson...I will regiment carmax to all is my family and friends

Excellent experience as expected. A simple pre approval prior to setting foot in the door greatly expedites the already efficient process. Another straightforward seamless transaction as usual. Within two hours my old car has been appraised, I take a test drive in heat I’m interested in, fill out paperwork, pay and I drive away. This is why I have bought cars from Carmax since 2000.

What a great experience! Casey B from the Sahara location in Las Vegas was amazing. She made the process easy and I love my car! Was in and out within 45 minutes - paid a nominal amount to have the car shipped from CA and it arrived within a few days. They called when it arrived to tell me there was a dink in the windshield, so it would be an extra day while they had it replaced. Soup to nuts, an awesome experience. Highly recommend.

Second time using CarMax and this time it was even better! We’ve one’d about 20 different cars and Jax Rix made the transition of trading in a car for another our best car purchase transaction ever.
