The day of sale went well with Rocky as our salesman. The after-sale service has been terrible. We were given the wrong copy of the Application for Title, they sent a $1489 check for the refund of our extended service contract from our trade-in, CarMax then recalled the refund check which caused my debit card to be declined. As of 6/14 still no explanation why the refund check bounced. This was our 4th vehicle purchased from this dealer, VERY unlikely to be a 5th!

We have had a lot of problems with our used BMW in the first month. Right after pickup we noticed one of our mirrors would not adjust. A part had to be ordered to fix it which they did. At the same time they had to fill the windshield washer fluid thinking someone had forgotten to fill it initially. Two weeks later it is empty already and we found a leak. Also, the car was advertised as having apple carplay. We pointed out to them that we couldn’t get it to work and they handed us a sheet printed from a google gemini inquiry. We had already tried everything on the sheet and so I reached out to BMW and was told it didn’t have Apple CarPlay and it could not be added.

Austin was great and the whole experience was easy. After the test drive we were paid and out of there in under 30 minutes, so it is way easier than I remember traditional car dealerships being. Overall, everyone was nice and the the whole transaction was smooth.

Great experience from start to finish. The pickup was sold with only one key and no remotes but the dealership assisted us in getting the replacements. Easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever had.
