The dealership was clean and nice inside. Although not personally a fan of such a wide open space, that’s not what I’m there for anyways. All associates I work with were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The best car buying experience I have ever had! Rocky was so very nice! They honored the trade in contract and even held my Kia one extra day so I could bring in my Loan release. I have told everyone the next time they buy a car, go with Carmax!!!

Very organized and easy to go thru process for selling my truck and buying a newer SUV. Lots of people work here and get you thru the purchasing process and licensing/title/tax stuff without you needing to be an expert on everything yourself.

I have had many questions I have called and have always gotten somebody that was more than helpful which is an amazing experience. It has given me a major piece of mind to buy my car here.

Sales person was very good. But there was/is confusion over a refund of sales tax. Sales person told me that I would pick up a check the next day. Another person said it would be mailed by the state. Another person said it would be mailed by Carmax. Still don't have a check but was told it would be a few weeks.
