CarMax Independence

I had a pleasant experience with CarMax. They were very attentive.I am passed so far.

I had a great experience. No pressure and no fear of obligation. I appreciated the fact that they had several options in purchasing I have a few issues to have checked out but I’m still well within the 30 day window. We will see how that experience goes.

This was an awesome experience. Everything was clear and quick. Found an issue with the car when it came in and it was promptly fixed. Rick was my salesman and he was great. Highly recommend!

I will have to say that even though we had a hiccup with our new (to us) vehicle, EVERY step along the way has been awesome!!! From the sales person, finance process, and service department, I have had very pleasant interactions! Our vehicle had to have the Hyundia dealership perform repairs, Carmax's service department has taken care of every step along the way, and continuously updating me as the issue continues to get resolved. Even with the hiccup, we will get our next vehicle from them. Highly recommend Independence Carmax!!!

Typical car buying dealership. CarMax prices are at the top or higher range than other retail listings. CarMax handles almost 100% of the paperwork and licencing so I guess that is something. It's an easy experience. The 125 point inspection leaves a lot to be desired. They miss a lot of oblivious items. For instance the coolant level was a quart below the minimum fill line, the windshield washer tank was empty and the tire were over filed one being at 45 lbs.
