This dealer gives the Honda name a horrible reputation.

This dealer gives the Honda name a horrible reputation. Their managers are NEVER around. ALL calls are sent to voicemail. The sales rep have HORRIBLE customer service and the service department needs all NEW STAFF! They only care for their pockets. They DO NOT cater to the needs of the customer. I went there for oil change, they did not honor the maintenance plan. I called the maintenance plan provider and was told there was NO REASON why they would turn me away. Well they did. I would advise people to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this dealer! You've been warned!

Gerald Griffin has been absolutely the best go to salesman there is. Very genuine and I love that he throughly goes through the features of the vehicle and process making it easier to make a buying decision. Very knowledgeable kind man. I refer all my Friends and family to GG always. Thank you!

Good experience!

I bought a Honda civic from them. I had a great experience! Dealerships in general don’t have the best reputation, but these guys are actually trying to do their best! I didn’t feel like my time was being wasted, overall, I would recommend!
