Martin was very professional and very patient while explaining features of the car I wanted. He explained all the features a couple of times which I appreciated. It helped me to make a decision. I would only recommend that Martin should have intriduced himself right off the bat and called me by my name at all times. I had to ask for his name when we sat down. Otherwise, he did a great job.
