Bad experience they informed me one thing then when it came to close loan. They claim they no use the finance company? Really who does that

They ran multiple credit inquiries even before allowing me to test drive the car and did not even provide me copies of the documents I signed. Further, they also quoted me sky high interest rates after making me wait for an unreasonable period of time.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a BMW X5 and the facility was not the best!!! Purchased the vehicle and 15 minutes later it was dead on the side of the road!!! Check engine lights on and wouldn't start. Returned the vehicle!! The website has luxury cars with low prices for a reason!!! Don't waste your time!! If you are looking for a reliable and dependable vehicle this is not the place!!!!!

I was looking for a particular model, and found it on their web page. The web page was very clear and concise and contained a list of on-sight, in-stock used cars. I got to drive the car I was looking at. It really wasn't what I was looking for, so I didn't buy it. But the people there were very helpful and friendly. They didn't pressure me to buy, and called me back several days later to see if there was anything else I wanted. They almost took the car apart so I could see the inside! I will go back there again when I decide on what kind of car I'm looking for.
