Our service appointment was scheduled quickly - repairs complete within a day (with part ordering). Summit stands being the vehicles they sell. Service staff was very knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we drove into the service bay.

I had a warranty issue with corrosion on our van. Leroy explained the process. It took a few days for review, and Chrysler honored the request. I had routine service performed at the same time as the warranty work. My wife dropped off, a rental was provided, and she was called that it was ready a couple of days later. The work looks good and good dealer experience. Perfect.

Ignored me when I walked in and continued to do so as she did paperwork and made phone calls. Waited for about 2 hours for a thirty minute oil change.

I live part of the year in Pinehurst, NC and another part at our "Summer Place" on the west side of Lake Winnebago about 8 miles north of Fond du :Lac. Needed my 2012 Grand Cherokee serviced with just an oil change but got so much more. All of it without any additional cost. Service was quick and professional. Just like Arnold says "I'LL BE BACK!!"

I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle. They got me the part to fix my truck and got me in the next morning. I was worried because we were leaving for vacation the next day. They did a great job so we were still able to leave as planned.
