I purchased a new Pacifica with the help of Michael.

I purchased a new Pacifica with the help of Michael. He is very knowledgable of the van. There were some glitches with rebates which I though were resolved, and we signed an agreement. I deposited $1000, but upon delivery I was told an additional $2500 was needed. We did split the difference but I question what is considered a binding contract? We were very disappointed and this soured our feelings regarding the purchase. The interest rate for financing was considerably higher than we had discussed. We would like to recommend this dealership but under this circumstance we will not. The only reason that our rating is a two star is because of Michael, he was great to work with.

Hey we're terribly sorry about our clerical error during your deal. It sounds as though the management did everything they could to make up for the discrepancy in the finance deal, and were terribly sorry you weren't satisfied.

I am vary impressed with Summit auto. They were not pushy on having to have to sell me something I didn’t want. They worked with me on all aspects on buying and receiving the vehicle I wanted. I would really suggest buying a vehicle from them and it won’t take you long in driving a vehicle away that you want. Thanks for the great experience.

After searching dealerships near us, we found the vehicle

After searching dealerships near us, we found the vehicle we were looking for at Summit. The team at Summit was able to work with us to meet our needs and was friendly and positive during the entire process. The next time we are in need of a vehicle, we will definitely consider the two hour drive to purchase one from Summit. Michael Marusich was a pleasure to work with and Zac in finance was also very accommodating. We wish the dealership continued success.

After the purchase of our pickup truck we noticed that a

After the purchase of our pickup truck we noticed that a front tire was unsafe tire wear to pull a 5th wheel trailer I contacted the dealer and was told it's to late (after one day) so we have to deal with it. They were also supposed to clean some stains on the seats and ceiling and they didn't do a proper job. We were told we had to drive back to the dealership (1 1/2 hour drive) and they could finish the cleaning or we should use the insurance we purchased. This dealership doesn't seem to want to help correct things that shouldn't be a problem. It seemed like we would of been treated better dealing with a private party.
