Always on top of things.

Always on top of things. Very dependable. Can't beat the service. Love the idea that I can get a ride to a restaurant while I wait on my car.

Replaced the radio in my jeep-i am not tech-savvy ….

Replaced the radio in my jeep-i am not tech-savvy …. Should have taken the time to explain what I would need to do instead of just handing me the keys. I was offered the opportunity to come back in for help but can’t get there for some days and I’m paying for Sirius radio that currently isn’t synched to this new radio.

This is a nice dealership, no pressure but no deals

This is a nice dealership, no pressure but no deals except for a supposedly $1K off our warranty we bought. They wouldn't budge on the price of truck or trade in was very low. We should have walked away, but we do like the Truck we bought, maybe just a little buyers remorse.

Everybody is always pleasant to work with.

Everybody is always pleasant to work with. I will say, though, the last couple times I have been there my oil monitor on the vehicle has not been reset, and I don’t think the tire pressures were checked on and adjusted. When the tires were rotated. Two times ago I didn’t realize it untill after I had left so I made sure I checked this time, and had them take care of the issues before I left. I know at stew hanson’s where I used to go in Des Moines they had always included a 24 point checklist type deal. Perhaps something y’all could implement for the future. Be a handy communication tool between the service tech and the Customer..
