I have never liked shopping for vehicles, that being said I came into your dealership and was greeted by Jim Jessen. What a kind, warm and knowledgeable sales representative. I spent an hour with Jim and bought my ford. He had nothing but good things to say about the company he worked for. I asked many questions. With a few tweaks..could be...
Hector R was my salesman. He was a gem. Navy vet and all around. nice guy. He personally was a five star guy. The ladies in finance were nice and efficient, but will carry on about after market service contracts and financing. The rest of the experience was one star. The vehicle inside and out was filthy. I came back the next day and after going in to the detail shop, it was still dirty. The only person embarrassed was the sale guy. I saw him personally cleaning the truck. He sent it back in for a 3rd time. The sales manager was aloof, impersonal and clearly had low expectations of the detail shop. When he wondered aloud why the truck wasn't selling, I was eye rolling. BECAUSE IT IS FILTY. the worst and most one star part of the sale was after the 3rd supposed cleaning. The sales manager instructs me how I can properly clean the truck when I get home. With Dawn and elbow grease if you happened to be wondering. I recommend this place for one reason only. The sales staff are nice, but do ALL of your reasearch up front and be willing to walk.
