I have never liked shopping for vehicles, that being said I came into your dealership and was greeted by Jim Jessen. What a kind, warm and knowledgeable sales representative. I spent an hour with Jim and bought my ford. He had nothing but good things to say about the company he worked for. I asked many questions. I will be back if Jim is still there and have sent 2 others Jims way. Treat him well. He is a star.

I was able to custom order the exact F150 I wanted from the factory, and i was driving it home in just three weeks! If you aren't in a huge hurry for a car, ordering one is the way to go!

2017 Explorer

Everyone helpful and easy to work with, everything explained in detail. They had the vehicle and options I was looking for. I have not bought a brand new vehicle in over twenty years, the salesman, Jim Rued, was understanding and got me through my sticker shock. I couldn't be happier with the customer service or the new Explorer. I have already recommended Inver Grove Ford to family and friends.

With a few tweaks..could be...

Hector R was my salesman. He was a gem. Navy vet and all around. nice guy. He personally was a five star guy. The ladies in finance were nice and efficient, but will carry on about after market service contracts and financing. The rest of the experience was one star. The vehicle inside and out was filthy. I came back the next day and after going in to the detail shop, it was still dirty. The only person embarrassed was the sale guy. I saw him personally cleaning the truck. He sent it back in for a 3rd time. The sales manager was aloof, impersonal and clearly had low expectations of the detail shop. When he wondered aloud why the truck wasn't selling, I was eye rolling. BECAUSE IT IS FILTY. the worst and most one star part of the sale was after the 3rd supposed cleaning. The sales manager instructs me how I can properly clean the truck when I get home. With Dawn and elbow grease if you happened to be wondering. I recommend this place for one reason only. The sales staff are nice, but do ALL of your reasearch up front and be willing to walk.
