Multiple times we have had issues with this service

Multiple times we have had issues with this service department. We had a schedule appt to look at an issue and fix a recall, after multiple days we picked the car up, the recall was not fixed and the issue they said they fixed, they did not, but still charged us for fixing it. They have not refunded the money for the update that was supposed to fix the issue but did not. We brought it in again, still same issue. They had our car for weeks, claiming to be driving it around and trying to figure out what was wrong. They lied. The car did not move, no miles were added. Called them out to the service manager and suddenly they were able to figure out what was wrong with our car. The instrument panel needs replacing, because Ford put a defective one in. Instead of helping us work with Ford on trying to get it replaced, they did not. Now the service manager won’t return our phone calls or emails. They also won’t refund us the money for the issue they never fixed. Communication is awful and has been throughout multiple experiences with them. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Absolutely Terrible Experience.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. Please watch out for this dealership. I called the dealership to let them know I would buy a vehicle later to find out they had the vehicle mispriced by $20,000. Then was working with the store manager not two hours later to start paperwork on a different vehicle. Loaded up my vehicle to make the 6 hour trip just for him to then call me to tell me the vehicle we had just made a deal on was sold. I thought I bought a car twice from this dealership just to realize I got lied too twice.

Kaylee was awesome to work with she helped us right away

Kaylee was awesome to work with she helped us right away and found a truck in our price range it was quick and easy she also let us bring it by my dads house who is a retired technician for Chevy and he liked it as well
