Great Communication & Exceptional Service
Kirk and team took great care of me, had everything ready to go when I arrived, the car and paperwork were prepped. And he had me back on the road in no time at all. Everything Was Perfect
My husband and I recently purchased a very nice Toyota Corolla at Frontier. Our experience was top of the line. We worked with Kirk and could not be more pleased. He was transparent about the car's history, offering up the Carfax immediately. He let us take the car for a test drive without him. He explained the prices/fees involved in purchasing the vehicle so that nothing was undisclosed. Kirk even corresponded with us by email, text, and phone calls on a Sunday when the dealership was closed! He understood our interest and went out of his way to help us get the answers we needed, when we needed them. All in all, Kirk at Frontier Auto Sales was fantastic. Based on our experience with him, we confidently recommend him and this dealership to others.

Avoid at all costs
Frontier Auto Sales is one of the worst, most untrustworthy car dealerships you can possibly go through. After purchasing a 2011 Tiguan with only 60,000 miles from them, John’s mechanic couldn’t even figure out how to replace the rear rotors on the Tiguan, which my local shop had done in less than a half hour for me once I had it home so this really should have been the first sign for what was to come. The car then had a warning light come on 10 minutes after it left their lot for low oil pressure. I called John, explained, and he assured me over and over that the car would be fine to drive based on what I had told him, and to not worry it was just a sensor. After putting the first sensor in the day after I bought it, the light was still on. John told me he believed it to be a faulty part and had me purchase another sensor. That sensor was installed, and still had the same issue. A couple days later, the timing chain tensioner broke, causing the timing chain to fail leading to total engine failure. The car now needed more money in repairs than it’s worth, and I haven’t even had it 10 days! Any warranty he gives you or tries to sell you is worthless. And this isn’t just my opinion, but the opinion of my attorney whom I had to get involved as well since John refused to take any responsibility for the problems that arose. After 3 months of John promising high and low the car would be repaired, John decided it wasn’t his problem, my warranty (which was useless anyways) had expired by this point, and now I’m making payments on a paper weight, and had to have my own personal attorney get involved as well as the attorney general’s office. John is far from an honest or trustworthy businessman, and I would strongly suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs.

Not a great experience.
Purchased an 05 Jeep in April from Ernie for $6000. Needed a $300 dual ball joint replacement before the first car payment. 4 wheel drive went out 1 week after purchase. MDS solenoid went out in 2 weeks. 80 days after purchase the motor dropped a valve and punched a hole in the Piston in cylinder 6. Price to fix? $5000. Owner was very rude to my wife on the phone and said that he "did not want my vehicle there" for warranty work due to me bringing it back for the MDS issue, which his mechanics could not diagnose. I regret buying my first vehicle from the 2000's from such a horrendous place of business. I've had better customer service at McDonalds.

FRONTIER GETS 5 STARS!
We went to look at a truck we saw on line. When we got there they had it washed and looking good. Saw another one we liked sitting on the lot and asked if we could test drive it. John was great about it and got the keys for us to test drive. Ended up liking the second one better and John was great working with us on what we wanted to spend. The whole experience was easy and straight forward and I positively love my new Silverado!!

Honest and straight forward.
Had a good experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. I called to ask about more details about the truck before I drove a little over an hour to get there and was pleased to see everything was described completely accurate and not sugar coated.
