My wife and I were shopping for a pre-owned vehicle for my 17-year old daughter. My wife came across Battaglia Auto Sales during an online search for vehicles in our area. When she sent me a link to the site, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of inventory they had. It was the first time in weeks there were lower mileage vehicles that were within our budget. We took a ride to the lot on a Sunday afternoon during off-hours to take a look at the cars in person. We were very pleased with what we saw, and returned the next evening to speak to a salesperson. We met Joe Natale, who was polite, professional, and a "straight-shooter." Joe showed us several vehicles, and let us test drive each for as long as we wanted. There was no pressure, and Joe patiently answered all of our questions. We liked a particular Honda Accord, but left the lot that evening without making a purchase so we could have time to decide it was the right fit for us and our daughter (including the car's age, mileage, cost, etc.). After another phone call the next day, Joe and I reached an agreement on price and we made the deal that evening. Joe offered a very reasonable price on a terrific vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Joe was up front with the total cost of the vehicle, including all fees and taxes. Throughout the process, Joe made us feel comfortable and at ease, and never made us feel like we had to make a quick decision. He was confident in the fact that the car would sell itself, and he was right. To those of you who have reservations about making a used car purchase from a lot, take my advice: go to Battaglia Auto Sales - they will treat you right! Thanks Joe!

Yesterday evening, I bought my first car from a dealership. I've heard so many people have so many bad experiences that I've preferred to buy from private owners in the past. However, at Battaglia I saw the car that I wanted at a price that was potentially within range of my budget, so I called. When I spoke to Joe Natale, I was leery, expecting insincerity and pressure. That turned out to be not at all the case. In my initial phone conversation with him, I was straightforward about my budget and about what I wanted in a vehicle, and Joe was equally straightforward and direct. I decided to go out there yesterday afternoon. I had a great experience - and I was not expecting that! Buying this car was an important, somewhat stressful decision for me, and I'm writing this review because I appreciate the way Joe treated me throughout the process: he cared about how I felt, he was thorough about giving me information, and he genuinely cared that I was happy about the decision and about my experience there. He treated me with great integrity and I am grateful for that.

This was my very first experience buying a car out of state. Joe and his associates made me feel comfortable from the beginning of the car buying process, until I pulled off the lot with my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

This had to be the best care buying experience I've ever had. And, I have bought a lot of cars in my years. Father, mother, daughter and two family friends made up this friendly dealership. My experience was pressure free and friendly. I bought a jeep liberty and I love my JEEP!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle on 9/23/15. Although I dealt primarily with Joe Natale, within minutes I had met everyone at the dealership, including the owner. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 21 years, and to say I was NOT looking forward to the ordeal would be an understatement. Not only was I put at ease, but everything was clearly detailed, no hidden surprises, and no pressure. I had never purchased a car without my Dad before, so I wondered if I would be able to get through this process without him. Turns out Mr Natale was trained by and is best friends with the dealership owners that my Dad had always trusted. Truly it is a small world after all. It is rare indeed these days to HIGHLY recommend any products, or places, but Battaglia deserves the highest ratings in every category. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Battaglia Auto Sales Retail.

We were searching for a nice safe pre-owned first car for our son. The process took months and our search lead us to Battaglia Auto Sales. We were searching for a particular vehicle type. We were looking for a dealer that we felt was honest, reputable and stood behind their vehicles after the initial sale. Battaglia is all of that and more. The atmosphere is very professional and not at all representing what comes to mind when you think about pre-owned vehicle dealerships. They are by no means your typical side of the road dealer. On our first visit we met with Joe Natale. As people say first impressions are everything. We felt very comfortable with Joe and immediately felt he was very trustworthy and an up front honest person. We were there for hours and a lot of time was spent getting to know each other and discussing personal situations. Joe is a great guy and made you feel like a friend. The most important thing was we felt like we could truly trust him. The dealership was very clean as well as the vehicles. We did not want to play the negotiation game and Joe made the process very comfortable. Joe was very open about the vehicle we were considering purchasing regarding previous repairs and potential inherent issues with the make and model year. We had a few things we wanted the dealer to take care of with the car prior to considering the purchase and there was no hesitation with Joe to take care of it. He is definitely a man of his word and we purchased the vehicle we had in mind. All of the Battaglia vehicles come with a standard warranty which made the purchase even more comfortable. We had some initial issues with the vehicle and Battaglia stood behind the repairs without question. As time went by we continued to have some problems with the vehicle and Battaglia did what was necessary to take care of it. To be honest Battaglia went above and beyond what I would have expected a pre-owned dealer to do without going through a lot of arguments and hassle. The process was hassle free. Bob in Service was excellent as well. At a point the situation required Ron Battaglia to become involved to best determine how to proceed with the vehicle. Ron Battaglia did whatever was necessary to rectify the situation regardless of cost. His main goal was to resolve the issue and take care of his customer. Ron will go above and beyond to take care of his customers and is sincere about operating his business in a professional manner . My experience directly with Ron Battaglia was completely stress free. Our experience with the car we purchased was very unique and had nothing to do with Battaglia directly. However, Ron wanted to make the situation right and went out of his way to the point of taking the car back and again going out of his way to find us a car to replace it. We were very particular about the car we wanted and Ron searched until he found one. Understanding Ron is a busy man and has a business to run his focus was on taking care of our situation and he did. Was the situation with the initial car we purchased frustrating ? Yes it was but the way Ron handled the situation was commendable and unusual. At no time did I feel like the situation was an "you bought a used car and it is what it is" scenario. I have nothing but good things to say about Battaglia Auto Sales and would for sure purchase another vehicle there and would encourage anyone to allow Battaglia the chance to earn your business. You will not regret it. The entire staff including Joe Natale, Ron Battaglia and his wife, Bob in service are excellent and truly understand customer service and the value of the customer and reputation. Please do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for a pre-owned car, give Battaglia an opportunity to earn your business.

Buying a used car can be a trying experience but Joe Natale made it a pleasant one. He listened to what I wanted and was able to put me in a car that met all my needs. No pressure just good results. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the used car market.
