I'm ready to buy another car and will go back to Harrison auto. Mike has always been fair and our cars have been great. Would recommend them to anyone and I have.

I don’t think they want to sell car to me. It took a long time for someone to come help me. Went there twice. Not sure if they want to sell to Black people

We drove from Ohio after viewing Harrison's inventory on-line, checking BBB, and reading on-line reviews. We found a dealership loaded with high end, low mileage vehicles, and fair prices. The staff was knowledgeable, and cordial. After a very pleasant buying experience (including a fairly valued trade-in), we headed home. A latent quality issue arose on the drive home. Harrison was totally responsive and supportive in resolving this issue. In our view, Harrison Auto Sales over-performed in ALL aspects of this transaction. Would we recommend them? Absolutely! Would we buy another car from them? You Betcha!

I had the pleasure of buying two cars. They were both very good cars (Acura?s) and in excellent condition,.. very clean Car-Fax data. Harrison Auto seem to get good cars from the expensive dealers so they are often well kept. Usually only one owner. The buying process is very simple. The cars are nicely priced so there is not much wiggle room. You could research similar cars and get what the market says the price should be via the web. I text my information and the closing took less than 5 min. Took one of the cars out for about 2 hours to have a professional look at it without any questions. If you are looking just to haggle into a deal, try another place. You get the best deal from the door. My first stop next time will be at Harrison.

I got a great deal and no BS! I had bought a used 2011 535xi from a BMW dealership which was totaled shortly after I got it. Found a 2013 535xi MSport here and was able to purchase it very quickly since I needed a car ASAP. I was a little nervous buying such an expensive car from a "used car dealership". The car did required a repair on the passenger door lock which they had to order a part in for, which Mike (my sales guy) was very upfront about....but I needed the car right away, so I was told to come back when it was convenient for me and they would fix it. I called Mike up a few days later and they had the part in, so I brought it back and they fixed it...plus the outlets were not working, so they checked on that too and ended up replacing a fuse. I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and this place. They treated me good and kept their word....in fact, they went beyond even what I ever expected. Mike is a straight shooter, which I like....I've been in sales for over 30 years, so I can smell BS and schmooze a mile away.

Used Cars that look and run like New at affordable prices. The entire staff was top notch. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Will be returning to this establishment and recommend it highly

Had limited contact with Harrison via email. However, salesman I dealt with "Mike" was helpful in better detailing a car I was interested in. Mike sent me a better description and photo from those published, that I had requested.

First time dealing with HARRISON AUTO SALES in IRWIN PA. I called on a low mileage 2014 Nissan GTR. Spoke with Brad and in the first five minutes of speaking to Brad I knew he was a straight shooter. We struck a deal that we were both were happy with. Then the baton was passed to Jodi who I later learned was Brad's wife. She made sure all paper work was in order and correct. Mind you I was in Chicago and I needed the GTR in NYC. Jodi made sure to let me know when my transport arrived and she personally sent me pictures to let me know everything was perfect and ready to go. Harrison Auto Sales is a rare find in the automotive industry they are truly passionate about what they do and it shows in their customer service and that extra special touches that make you smile and know that they have your best interest. I had a little issue with my SUV I had bought a few months back so I called up Mike and asked if they could take a look at it he said absolutely. I took it up there the same day they fixed the problem the next day, I am a happy lady. I absolutely love those guys. They will have all my business from now on.
