Excellent service.

Had 2 issues recently that were resolved by Brent in service and the Manager of Quick Lane for a tire issue. Both gentlemen were extremely professional made sure I was completely happy when finished,

Took care of our problem

The service center was very professional and they analyzed the problem right away. They completed the repair quickly without an appointment and I was out right away. The service center people were great!

4th Vehicle Purchased

Wonderful Experience!

Most enjoyable buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend looking up Carrie Bellows in sales. She was patient and knowledgable in answering all our questions about the different F-150 models and packages. We are very happy with our selection! Also had wonderful service and help selecting options from Brandi Magnuson, great information on the benefit of different options we had not considered. Andy Malm in finance was also great! Can't say enough good about this group of people and our experience!

Lacking attention to detail

Traveled a very long distance to purchase a particular car from this dealership. It was a used car, and had issues not disclosed before I spent a day driving to MN to purchase it. The car had broken parts zip tied to the bottom of the car. Also, when they put new tires on it, they mistakenly put one of the wider staggered tires on the front of the car. I'm not sure if this was done because the wanted the blemished/damaged wheel in the back so its less noticeable, or if a technician is truly inept enough to put a 9 inch tire in front and an 8 inch tire in the rear. Either way, not good...... If you buy here, buy new - not used. Also, I was alerted that they ran my credit score 4 times, which lowered my "inquiry" credit rating from a "B" to a "D", resulting in lowering my credit score by a few points. I authorized two inquiries/applications, with two different down payment amounts. Not 4 inquiries within an hour.

Bad visit turns out okay

I brought my Vehicle in for an oil change and the mechanic forgot some tools under the hood and when he closed it, it poked a hole thru my hood. The dealer made sure they ordered a new hood, got me a rental car, and handled everything very well. Accidents happen, but handling it properly is what will bring me back! Also a pleasant surprise when I picked my car up, it was fully cleaned inside and out. Good job !

Very Please

We purchased a used vehicle from Mark Tallarico in September 2015 and again in January 2016. The entire staff here is great, very accommodating, and not pushy at all. We got almost top dollar for our trade in vehicles based on online valuations we had researched. The prices for the vehicles we purchased were very fair comparing to online sources, which was different from other dealers we visited. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about Mark and the rest of the staff we dealt with. Thank you!

Oil change and more

The North Country Ford folks had my car done on time with no surprises - which was appreciated because I was hanging out waiting rather than dropping off. I was able to get to work on time, rather than be forced to hang around late like other places. Appreciate the prompt and high quality service!

Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle

Dave Nemi and Tom Reil were the best, no pressure and were upfront and straight forward. Again one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle.
