Bought Mercedes 03' SLk convertible in April.

Bought Mercedes 03' SLk convertible in April. Mike seemed nervous that the guy tried to open the top but it stopped. Mike managed to get the top to work down and up once. Said the problem was a switch in the trunk wasn't made by a cover. He said they put a new (used) battery in the car and I will be very happy with the older but low mileage car. While it does run well and only a couple squeaks from under the car it appears to be mechanically sound but I haven't been able to confirm that because the first time I tried to use the top after bringing it home, it stopped and would not operate. I finally got the top closed and took it in for service the end of April. I drove it 3 times to that point. It is now July 16 and the shop is hoping to be finished by July 25th. They replaced the rollbar, hydraulic pump, 2 more micro switches and are waiting for cables that assist the top in opening. To date, I have paid $2500 and baring further problems, I owe another $3900 for a total of $6400. I will say they reimbursed me $400 of the $6000 I paid but Mike said that it would be a great car and I will be very happy. I AM NOT HAPPY!!! I dislike the word "lie" and since I have nothing in writing, I will say he used misleading assurances to make me feel comfortable buying the car. Supposedly they have a program that if you pay $400 they will take the car back within 100 days. When the repair shop told me the diagnostic cost went to $840 I called Mike and asked him to let me bring it back and use the cost toward another vehicle on the lot but, not a convertible. He refused to do that or to help with the initial quote of $2500 and said he would have the owner call me within a few days to see if he could help me as this has destroyed me financially. That was another false promise. Nobody called me. I am taking out a loan to pay for the repairs as Mike and his owner are worthless. Obviously they don't care about people in their 70's and will say anything to get their junk cars out of their inventory. Summation, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY WILL MISREPRESENT AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET RID OF THE TRASH AT THE DEALERSHIP. Sorry for taking so long to write this review but, I foolishly kept hoping they would help me and give me some relief financially. I will say that this is an older car with 49000 miles. It had seams in the seats that needed repair, would likely need some work on the chassis and fix the leak around the windows due to the seals on the top. I fully expected some cost to get the car where I wanted but, never did I expect $6400 for just the top repair. Remember, don't call these people and if you have, run away as fast as possible. Buy a vehicle from your local dealer. Don't be a gullible old man like me.

Bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, we asked Michael at business

Bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, we asked Michael at business if they checked everything out and he replied yes. Funny but when we got it home the engine oil was very dark, the coolant and wiper fluid was low and air tire light won't go off, bad sensor. Spare tire has a large gash in the side wall. Brakes needed replaced. Not what you would expect from a dealership that's been in business for 30 years. Very disappointed!

The only honest car dealership.

The only honest car dealership. Upfront about issues and the potential downsides. Good insight on different options & what to look out for. Led me exactly to what I was looking for. The price is literally the lowest I’ve seen Thank you so much BMVW

No pressure.

No pressure. BMVW was honest, upfront, and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. The prices were better than anywhere else - I recommend to everyone

I recently purchased a 2018 Tesla model 3 from BMVW and I

I recently purchased a 2018 Tesla model 3 from BMVW and I had an excellent experience with everyone at the Dealership. I appreciated that there was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle after I test drove it. The whole process went smoothly. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle with this Dealership you will not leave disappointed, Also I had a charging station installed through a company that BMVW recommended and the guys did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to install the equipment and to made sure that it looked good (aesthetically) on the house.

Recently purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan from BMVW and

Recently purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan from BMVW and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, the transaction process was easy and seamless, the car was in good quality and I didn't have to pay any dealer fees. 10/10, definitely shopping with BMVW again.

Never responded to my message for info about the vehicle.

Never responded to my message for info about the vehicle. All I got was a text about 1-2 was later that it had sold. This why I can’t give them a better rating than a 3. Most dealerships contact you within 6-24hrs.

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry and had an excellent

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry and had an excellent experience. The process at BMVW was seamless, with no dealer fees, and fair pricing. The owner even covered my tag and title! Mike, the manager, was friendly and not pushy at all - which was refreshing. He let me test drive multiple cars and allowed me to take my time. The owner, Mohsen, reviewed my paperwork from the previous dealer and pointed out multiple unnecessary charges. The staff here is super genuine and I honestly wish I had found them sooner!! I highly recommend this dealership—my dad will definitely be buying his next car here!

I understand issues can happen with a used car, but I've

I understand issues can happen with a used car, but I've had a great EV experience twice now with BMVW, plus no extra dealer/prep/doc fees. 8 years ago I bought a Nissan Leaf there (of about 40 in inventory) that was just off lease and looked like new, at a really low price and fair trade-in for my damaged Acura TL. Drove it for 8 years no real issues, but battery range had declined and by chance met Mohsen at an EV event. Realized the connection so came in and drove a nice blue used Tesla 3 (among ~10 he had). He offered a great price + fair trade for my now dinged up old Leaf. Mike was helpful in the decision/comparison process again, and Mohsen has been awesome in the charger acquisition & install process; his estream charger business made it easy. I would definitely say look at their inventory online and come down, there's no sales hassle and having no extra dealer fees due to the low overhead is really refreshing too!
