Chauvanistic, non- reponsive, unable to process paperwork, still has not returned our deposit. I have purchased many, many cars in my lifetime. I was excited to purchase one via enterprise, as I am a loyal long time customer of the rental service and have literally never had a bad experience. First, we found a cargo van we wanted to purchase for our business. I had my employee go by and place a hold on it with his card. Jordan followed up via email, but we played phone tag for a number of days. Then I was forwarded to a Ricardo. This young man, could not figure out how to run my credit, and instead of fixing his mistake or asking for help...he began asking me on repeat "can I speak to your husband". I finally had to clarify that I am the owner of the company, and essentially what he was asking was for my "male" employee to fill out the paperwork. After this third very clear chauvanistic comment, I had enough and said no thanks on the van. We have still yet to receive our 100$ deposit back, we have called the store and followed up and was told to "call our manager" and clearly now, we will escalating this matter to corporate, since these clueless young men cannot swallow thier pride and get it proffesionally together.

Great Service and inventory
Bought 2 company vans from Enterprise. James and Shane were on point and really went above and beyond to make the deal work perfect. I will be back to buy my next vans here. They have access to tons of inventory and they work hard to make sure you are well taken care of.

I traded in my Honda Civic for a Hyn. Elantra. To date, the car is perfect. Overall, the experience ranks as the best in my 40+ years of buying cars. Ryan (813-641-4252) and his associates take great care of their customers during and after the sale. You owe it to yourself to give him a call. Great customer service, top dollar on trade, great prices and no haggling; what more can you ask for!
