From beginning to end my purchasing experience was everything it should be. The staff was polite, kind, honest and professional, all aspects of fear of buying a used vehicle were removed. I was never pushed or pressured to do anything i didn't want to do, both Jeff's went out of there way to make sure i had nothing but confidence in making my purchase. If your looking to purchase a new/used vehicle and don't have the perfect financial history or circumstances, they will go out of there way to find as many real options possible for you to be able to have a good mechanically working vehicle that looks good too ! Bottom line is they are flexable, integretable, honest hard working people who do care about you. It's not that in the good ole days it was "the customer is always right", but rather it was about a seller actually cared about the customer, they wanted the customer to be truly happy, satisfied and confident with their purchase, at Jeff Benson Car Company in Wayne, Michigan you will experience this. Our family recently grew from two, to three. A very welcomed and exciting addition, but our small car was not working for us anymore. We spent several hours looking at autotrader and cars.com and talked with a few dealerships. We went to a large dealership, another small dealership, and then found this gem. The other two dealerships left us with a bad taste in our mouth. We found the car we'd been looking for and I sent an email to Jeff late at night. First thing in the morning, I received a friendly voicemail from Jeff, as well as an email. He was thorough and responsive without being pushy. Later that day I went just to see the car, he was very honest, welcoming, and I didn't feel pressured or unwelcome. There weren't slick salesman running out to me and it was refreshing to speak to someone who knew the car well. I felt very comfortable talking to him and brought my husband back to look at the car that evening. He offered us a very competitive price on our car we wanted to trade-in and made us feel at home in their office. It took us several days to get our financing organized, they were very patient with us and they were prompt and helpful when our bank needed information from them. We kept in touch with them throughout and they quickly knew us by name when we called. After finally getting our financing resolved, we made it to the dealership, past closing, where Jeff was patiently waiting for us. The car looked great, was clean, and had gone through a safety inspection at a third-party service center. They were very friendly during the paperwork, and even though they were staying open late for us, I never felt like they were trying to push us out the door. They offered us a beverage and entertained our baby while we waited for everything to get signed. I cannot describe how impressed I am with this dealership. They are honest, friendly, and you truly can't find places like this anymore. My husband will be due for a new car within the next few years and we plan on going back then, and in (hopefully) our next several cars to come. I promise if you go here you will not regret it!

Very friendly and helping when it comes to working with a budget for a first time car buyer. One of the best places I have ever been to, customer service was THE BEST. Would recommend ALL my friends/family to come here.

Hands down the best used car experience I have ever had. The hardest thing to find when looking for a used car is trust. That is exactly what I believe I found in Jeff and his dad. I honestly believe they check these cars out and don't try to sell them until they are right. You always take some chances buying a used car but I will take mine with this father son team.

This past month (September) I purchased a Ford F250 from Jeff Benson Car Company. I was very satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received there. The vehicle was as advertised and in good mechanical condition. I would recommend the dealership due to their attention to detail, friendliness, and non pushy demeanor.
