Late payments
Called them with a hardship request. I'm in a 2010 Ford escape that technically has been paid for (value wise) however, having a medical emergency in and out the hospital. Although I'm late I've asked for a hardship courtesy of being able to pay in full 8 days from now and was denied. Told to turn in my car or have it repossessed. I have to be in the hospital for a procedure and a snow storm is pending. Was DENIED...I guess it's business and can't expect any courtesy...
