We were in town visiting and I stopped in with my wife on

We were in town visiting and I stopped in with my wife on a Saturday to look at a new CRV as we were considering trading in our 2025 Pilot Touring for something smaller. We met Donnie and Ben who were both professional and knowledgeable. It was about 45 minutes prior to them closing but neither were concerned about that and proceeded to understand our wants & needs. We finally settled on a nee CRV about an hour after closing, I gave them a deposit and even extended my stay in town by 1 day to take delivery of the CRV on Monday. From start to finish this was a pleasant purchase experience. Thank you for making it a great purchase!

One word to describe Cole Thorson- AMAZING!

One word to describe Cole Thorson- AMAZING! I went into the dealership to test drive a car knowing very minimal about cars. He really broke down everything to know and made it very easy for me. I left the dealership learning so much because he answered every question I had in great detail and gave me as much information as he could. He was very fun to work with! Very excited to work with this dealership. I'm beyond glad I picked Honda!

Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt

Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt the dealer was nickel and diming us with a mandatory installation of blinking tail lights for $299 - on a used car! Even though I paid cash, the paperwork took over two hours and then there were errors. I ended up with someone else's plates and paperwork. Plus the car had not been well cleaned. When I saw the price they listed to resell my trade in, I really felt like they had undervalued what they gave me. So overall, I was not impressed compared with other dealers I have worked with.

IMO company culture of incompetence

Let's say first thing... If your dealership has no staff information on their website.....it's a red flag. Communicated with GM Kerry, FM Cole and Salesman Nathan Nathan young and inexperienced , and believes everything he is told by management...understandably. easiest sale of his life..12/22...I did not trade in...they would not deliver and told me I needed to get the car off the lot asap. I needed to make arrangements. Felt pushed..I should have left at that point. Fast forward to spring 2023 (4 months since sale) I take to my mechanic for oil change and discover I have no engine cover, which explains why the car had snow buildup...and caused a driving instability. Dealer aka Nathan stated it was never built with a cover. (What managers told him to say) The internet contradicts this statement but decided to pay for a replacement rather than argue with these people. Cole -high interest rates, I refinanced 4/7/23. Dealing with closure of accounts was a Supreme example of incompetence hence next interaction. Failure to complete tasks...multiple attempts made to complete transaction....definitely unable to get things done. "I'm being kind here...." Kerry- GM ...failure to act in a responsible manner...had the FM whom failed every previous interaction reach back out. This was not well received. There is a reason why someone asks for GM ...time to put on your big boy panties and take care of the situation. Oh the lot boy....Young ignorant statement accusing me of owing them money when I had been waiting for a refund. The straw that broke the camels back. Service staff- I never dealt with them, at the rate of incompetence, there is no way I would let them Service the vehicle purchased.
