I was out of the country as I was looking to buy a car when I returned and they helped me out and made the car buying process so simple for me. I came across Paul Sevag Motors after weeks of reviewing countless automobiles and emailing several dealers. I emailed a website and Mr Philip Sevag replied to my interest in a BMW that captured my eye. He proceeded to answer my questions in several email exchanges and phone calls. He followed up with an answer to everything I asked. The treatment I received was meticulous. Philip was courteous, professional, and expert in his knowledge base of his inventory. Their luxury cars are impeccable. Every detail- from explaining to us the way the engine worked to filling up the tank with gas to seeing him personally waxing and shining our car to the financing to staying late- even personally taking it to the BMW dealership for a concern we had, which turned out fine, was clearly an expression of their professionalism and quality service. Mr Paul Sevag was equally wonderful. We felt absolutely comfortable and would recommend Paul Sevag Motors to everyone. It was well worth the 80 mile trip and we are returning to get my husband his truck my December. Everyone here is amazing. The inventory is also amazing.
