I have been looking for a used Toyota Highlander at a reasonable price and in good condition. I saw one listed on Cars.com and sent an inquiry to the dealer. Dealer was very prompt in calling me and informed me that the car had been sold two days prior. What shocked me was it was still listed on their website for more than a week later. Salesman was very courteous, but considering the fact that the dealer is more than 300 miles from my home, I have been looking closer to home.

I was looking for a 2010 Jaguar XF Premium with low mileage and in excellent shape. I saw several options in the Phoenix-area where I live and came close to purchasing one in Scottsdale, but something didn't feel quite right with the small dealership offering the car. I saw one offered by Paradise Automotive Group and sent an email confirming some aspects about the car, and soon had a reply from Eddie, the dealers' Sales Manager. Long story short, in the span of one week we worked out a very fair deal, confirmed CarFax, service records, etc., I flew into Orange County and was met by a dealer representative. After a test drive, we wrapped the transaction and I thoroughly enjoyed having a six-hour drive back to AZ in my new car. Big Fan of Paradise!

I Looked every where for a Beetle Convertible that I could afford and it was very difficult, as I am a student, every car I looked at was beat up or in bad mechanical condition, But then a friend from Church told me to call this dealership and I found the right car for me, they gave me a great price upfront with out me even having to be there and when I got there, the car was seating out in front of their showroom for me and it was clean and it was exactly how they described it over the phone, I did not have very much money and very little credit but they treated me like I was the queen and treated me like I was the richest person on earth, every other dealer I went to before asked me how I was paying for it before they even said if they had the car or not, but my sales person at Paradise never even asked, when I arrived, he showed me the car, asked me if I would test drive it, never pushed and the Sales Manager opened the doors for me and treated me like I was the most Important person on earth, was very friendly and I actually had to ask them, Ok guys, where do I sing, my dad is very tough to deal with and gave the a run for their money, but they were very respectful to him as well, he got there after me, but after a few minutes my dad said to me, ok I have to go back to work and is ok, this guys are ok, so I got my Convertible Beetle and nothing ever changed, I got my car a few months a go, I have recommended a few of my friends already and they have gotten the same treatment and also have gotten cars there and they too are very happy.

We purchased 4 cars from this guys and we will continue to buy from them, we did a lot of research before we came to them the first time around, when I called them, they were very nice, respectful and upfront, I think I drove them crazy at first, but they never made me feel bad at all, when we arrived, everything they said over the phone was correct, the car was in great condition, their showroom was very nice, comfortable and relaxed, they did not pressured us and the price they gave us over the phone, was the price we paid, not a penny more, also the rate they told us over the phone was an estimate but when we got there, they actually got us a lower rate, since the first car, we have purchased my daughter a car, my son a car and my husband just got the 4th car from them a very nice S550, we are very happy and we also sent 5 of our friends and they too got the same treatment and 3 of them already got their cars from them, so YES, WE RECOMEND THIS DEALER.

Bought a lemon here. Everything is rusted out on the underside. It has been nothing but problems! The car is rotting from the inside out. Look somewhere else for a used car. Even the rust is starting to show through the paint. A dash light went out on the way home. Passenger ac is warm. Brakes squeaking on the 6th day. Find a different dealer! Lemon bought from paradise auto group. Don?t buy from them! Don?t buy!

i am still not at all certain how the process of selling a car that has been pre-approved for a customer that lives about 180 miles away. that agreed to the terms of the sale with a cash down payment, made arrangements to finalize the paperwork midweek, would be Sold 2 days before, that has been and is still listed on Cars.com for at least a month. i know there is nothing i can do about this particular vehicle, although i did do my research regarding the VW Bettle, the year 2004, the trim GLS, the engine 1.8 turbo, and especially the colour White.
