Don't call when they say they will and then hold your car longer then you have plans(huge inconvenience of which they showed no interest or sympathy) and make excuses for incompetents. Overall I felt slighted and taking advantage of and when asking questions I got a smug reaction from a sales person who looks at you as if you dont know a thing and should allow them to overcharge for things they haven't even fixed. The service took 2 days of which only 1 was planned. We Left there with the same problem as when we arrived and still had a 380 dollar bill. This was a VW and for a place that claims specialty over the rest they showed less knowledge when confronted then my 2yrs son. This was a terrible experience for us and I hope this helps people realize specialty doesn't always hold true and to do some more research on where you go before you repeat our mistake.

I purchased a used GTI from Meister and worked with Glenn throughout the process. He always responded quickly and answered any questions I had. The staff was very pleasant when I went to pick up the car and were very helpful. I would use them again in the future for car purchases.

I used to take my vw jetta to the big dealership in green bay to be serviced. When a light came on and they recommended a 300.00 fix, i decided to take it to Meister for another opinion. I am so glad I did, as they saved me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary repairs. Glen, Dan, and the guys are great people! BBB accredited too.

The staff at Meister thoroughly repaired my new-used vehicle before and immediately after [!!!!!!] my purchase. A few months after I bought the car I drove a 2400 mile trip with ease and no trouble. Repairs are reasonable and correct at Meister. Glenn, Dan and the staff at MIMI practice high ethical standards to operate their business. They're good, honest people who have very fair prices on their cars & service and most importantly, they stand behind their work. One of the best car buying experiences ever! Like the fact that Glenn is a very hands on salesperson. No nonsense approach to car buying. Office is simple and utilitarian no hype no push to purchase no sales garbage!
