Recent purchase at Auto House was great. They had so many Malibu’s to chose from. I found a 2 I really really liked but only bought one ;)

Auto house was extremely helpful, transparent and understanding. They worked with me considering I was 638 mi away from their location. They offered to get a third party to do a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Once that had been completed, they negotiated to find a transport and get the vehicle shipped to me at little to no cost out of pocket for me. On top of what I paid for the vehicle. I highly recommend Auto house and cars.com because it's been a seamless process to find the vehicle that I wanted to get it inspected and to be able to receive the vehicle that I've been wanting for some time. The lot itself is very neat and easy to see the cars when shopping. Always well stocked. The staff is very knowledgeable of their inventory. Always has someone ready and willing to help. Great place to shop for a used automobile.

There are so many options here! I had a specific payment I wanted monthly & I’m also very picky with interior. Fuller helped me find exactly what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. Kole was also very helpful with speaking to my grandparents & helping me find the best interest rate. All the boys in there are super welcoming & make what could be a stressful time, fun & smooth. I’ve had my 2020 Kia Soul for about 2 years & never had one problem & I have a longer commute for work, I am so very happy!

Purchased a vehicle from them and it lasted 10 days before it broke down. The first time. Then after the second time, took it back to them and they said that they would have it fixed. After more than 2 weeks of them saying it was fixed and then it breaking down again, we traded it off. Once it was traded back to them to get into something else, we just received a phone call from the bank asking why we haven't made a payment on the one that we don't have anymore. What a crock of a company. We gave them the benefit of the doubt in the beginning because we have Purchased from them in the past. Not only did they sell us a vehicle with what I found out had a junkyard engine in it, they can't even get the paperwork right so the bank knows what's going on. All the while telling us that there is no problem. Be aware when dealing with these people. They will win you over while sticking a knife in your back. If I could put stars in the negative, I would rate this experience -100%.

I live in Florida and had been searching for a very specific car which was discontinued over a decade ago. I spoke with about a dozen different car dealerships and salesmen from all sorts of different places and AutoHaus was easily the most professional and helpful. The salesperson really worked to make this deal go through, whereas other salesmen at different dealerships just wanted me to buy their cars, lock into some scummy financing, and get out. The Florida dealers were some of the rudest and worst places I have ever had the misfortune to step foot in. These guys at AutoHaus worked out a great deal for me, sold me a car which is in excellent shape, and had answers to all 5000 of my questions. Time will tell if this car was a good purchase, but I couldn't ask for more from a used car dealership. They even did a brake job and put new tires on the vehicle before sending it to me!
