SCAMMERS

These people are something else. I guess when you conduct bad business you become a xxxxxxx. They are scammers looking to scam their neighbors. Their high reviews on here must be paid for or from family and friends. They sell beat up cars that are barely running at a high price and when they break, their warranty that you paid an extra $3k for doesn't cover jack! Don't be scammed by these incompetent jerks.

Unhappy to find the bad reviews after I bought

lie 1. If tires show less than half life they replace. I got a 2016 car had 2012 tires Lie 2 Car fax shows no wreck car has been repaired Detail and prep sucks Brake replacement was half assed.

False advertising, Salvage Title, Rude Sales

Dealership advertised in Cars.com a JCW Cooper at a close to retail price. I attempted on 3 occasions to call the dealership during business hours. I was disconnected once, and twice put on hold for over 10 minutes. On the third call it was answered by "Tony" in used car sales. He confirmed that the car was in stock and available. I then asked if he could tell me anything about the car. He replied that it was in an accident and repaired with a "Rebuilt" title. I informed him that I would have to pass and before I could ask if they had any other Coopers, he hung up on me. Nowhere was it listed as a salvage/rebult title. The staff was difficult to reach, and the salesperson was rude. I was ready to put down a deposit, 2000 miles and buy the car for cash. I will now look elsewhere. Do not trust, do nut but. Avoid this dealership.

Awesome experience

I came to buy a car today . My car was totaled in an accident. Amy assisted me and my time here was seamless and quick. Thanks to my sales rep and her floor manager, Patrick. They made me feel confident about my purchase. I would definitely go back there again to do business with them

Thanks team

Upgraded my 2015 Sentra to 2019 Sentra SV and it was great. Couldnt ask for better service and also got a great deal. I was helped by Amy who was very patient, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer^_^^_^^_^

BE CAREFUL THEY ARE GOING TO STOLEN YOUR MONEY

I buy a car with this people big mistake the car have one price in the internet and they charge me 2000 more when I find out I call them the next day is being 2 years and still paying the car because not body want to do nothing I put a claim in the BBB and they have a deal with this dealer BBB response is is no way to find the address of this thief so they close the case only two hours after I opened the case, I call the pig manager and I said PIG because what his do is start treating me and insulting me saying they don't need business with Mexicans??? PLEASE DON'T BUY HERE

Fake ad

Saw some cars I was interested in online. Tried their chat and no response. Called their used car department, gave a few VIN #'s to check if I could set up a test drive. Never heard back. I dont think they had the cars.

Manager was the worst I've ever dealt with.

The manager yelled at me because I hit a shallow curb going very slowly with the test vehicle. The curb was 4 inches high at the most. He then stated that I may have damaged the tire which I did not. He yelled at his employee and told her that when someone drives that bad then don't let them drive. I got out of test vehicle and walked to my car that was parked just in front of the car I was test driving. I heard him yelling at the sales woman, motioning to her that she was letting a potential sale get away. When I got out the car and explained to him that I was leaving because he was rude, he got within 2 feet of me and began yelling again. Unbelievable.
