This was the absolute worst experience of my vehicle

This was the absolute worst experience of my vehicle purchasing experience ever. I saw a car on Haims website I flew in from out of state. My salesperson was Chale who overall was decent. I informed Chale that I was coming in with a 10k down payment and the madness started. I am 60 years old and a senior citizen I wanted this car for a retirement gift to myself that did not matter to Haims. Only the money not good service. Miquel Diaz started out price gauging me with outrageous interest rates until I threatened to walk away with the money and then they became more reasonable. Haims breached their contract by not titling my car per state regulations time. I have had my car for 6 months and it still has not been registered so to this date I an unable to drive my car. The owner spoke with me and my attorney and was a complete *** He claimed he was not responsible and suggested what state he felt my car should be titled other than where I lived. To this date I have purchased a car from this horrible place that I have in storage at this time because Haims refuses to cooperate with the laws of my state when it was understood upon my arrival that an out of state purchase would not be a problem Haims became 10,000 richer on me but I have a beautiful car I cannot drive and needed multiple internal repairs upon its arrival to me per shipping that I paid an additional 1,100 to have shipped.

MY WORST MISTAKE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I recently purchased a 2018 Ram Pro-master 1500 cargo van with no more than 37,000 miles from the 426 North state Rd. 7 location on Hollywood. My salesperson name was DIMA STETSENKO and the finance person that I dealt with was HERALDO W. Now before I go into the TERRIFYING DETAILS! Let me first start off by saying, PURCHASING MY FIRST FULL SIZE BUSINESS CARGO VAN AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS THE WORST DECISION I MADE! I encountered nothing but trouble with this vehicle. Prior to purchasing this cargo van, I was able to test drive it once. I was also given the Carfax upon request, and everything seemed fine. No accidents was reported and the Carfax showed about 6 owners within that short amount of time, which I thought was weird. But anyways, the way both DIMA STETSENKO and HERALDO W spoke about this vehicle is as if I was purchasing the best vehicle off the lot. I was even told that I was making the BEST & SMARTEST choice by purchasing the vehicle with the least amount of mileage. But little did I know, I was in for a rude awakening. Within 2 weeks of having and driving this vehicle, the pro-master BROKE DOWN on me! When I brought it to my local dodge dealership, they found all sorts of problems wrong with the vehicle. 1st, there was an engine failure. 2nd, I needed a new motor. 3rd, coolant leak. 4th, I needed a new radiator. 5th, it now seems that I need a new alternator. The amount of money that I spent on this vehicle was and is RIDICULOUS!! We are talking THOUSANDS!!!! And I couldn’t continue my business accordingly while my vehicle was in the shop for nearly a month so that’s another revenue that I couldn’t bring in. For anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle at HAIMS MOTOR, whether it’s at the 2840 North state rd. 7 location or the 426 North State rd. 7 location. STAY AWAY!!!! You will be doing yourself a favor! The last thing you want to do is buy a vehicle with these people and 2 weeks later it breaks down on you and you have to spend thousands of dollars on repairing a vehicle that you literally just purchased. THESE PEOPLE SELLS MESSED UP VEHICLES! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU! I called several times to speak to a manager and I got the run around. I finally was able to speak to HERALDO W. He told me he would call me and further discuss the matter with me, but he never called me back (surprise!). I even tried reaching out DIMA STETSENKO via text and phone but NO RESPONSE (surprise!). It’s kind of funny how prior to purchasing this vehicle, I was able to speak with DIMA on a regular basis whether it’s via text or phone conversation. But now, he seems to be unavailable since the sell was already made. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Amazing service

Walter and Jay were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were happy to answer all of my (many) questions. I felt like I was in good hands with a trusted group of people. Tony in finance was also very helpful at the end. He helped explain what was included with all packages and even helped me with my interest rate. I would recommend this dealer to everyone and I will be returning in the future.

Great customer service & vehicles!

I came from autotrader to look at a specific truck on the lot. Walter came out to talk to me quickly in a very respectful and nice manner. Very professional and helpful and not pushy at all. Very informative and helpful and let me test drive the truck. My experience with walter was very positive. The process was very fast and efficient and I left with an amazing truck!

Bait and Switch, or false advertising?

Kings of Bait and Switch. Their Cars.com ad said they had a 2014 Porsche Cayenne S. Their ad said "ORIGINAL MSRP $88,990". But the car wasn't a Cayenne S, it was a Cayenne Base and the original MSRP was $65,515.

SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL

Writing this because this dealer helped me out with very little credit and the salesperson was very truthful and very honest even telling me who i should call for an insurance quote alot cheaper than with the one i had.
