Highly Recommended. We found the team at Gage Auto to be excellent, knowledgeable and responsive. Alex and Terrell were awesome. We bought a used car (always a challenge) but they answered all the questions and offered thoughtful advice. We knew we were buying a used care and not a new one, so we went in knowing that we were buying an "as is" car. We didn't buy the warranty service because we are from Washington State, but it is worth considering if you are a local. I am not sure why there are bad reviews. I wouldn't put much stock in them. Our experience was first rate. We got a great used car at a fair price. Kudos to all the staff at Gage!

They sold a car with a defect and do not answer calls. Even the warranty contract that I bought on their recommendation for more than $3,000 does not cover this breakdown. Very dishonest dealer. I do not recommend it!!!

Scammers STAY AWAY especially Terrell and Jake!! They sell junk cars that last 100 yards!!

From arrival to leaving with our new to us car, the people at Gage Auto Sales were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We were greeted by Jason an extremely knowledgeable individual, who showed us the car we came to see. The guys in the back office were quick with the mounds of paperwork required in the sale of autos. Highly recommend this establishment, honest straight forward company who value their customers.

Beware when they tell you your rate and monthly payment. They don’t seem to be knowledgeable about the lenders they use. Marc the manager recommended a lender and told us our rate and payments. We asked multiple times about if the rate and monthly payments were confirmed since we bought on the weekend. He reassured us that it was fine and he wasn’t worried about it. We went home in the new car and two days later he called to tell us our rate went up as well as our payments because he didn’t know the guidelines for the lenders mileage requirements. It’s more than frustrating that the manager doesn’t know lenders guidelines when having customers us them. Marc offered nothing in return for his mistake except to return the car, after we already had to put new tires on it. Very disappointing. Make sure you do your own research. Don’t trust them to give you all the info.

I'd like to thank everyone at Gage. Selling used cars is a tough business. They do a good job and the family atmosphere is noticable. I recommend them.

It's seldom that I go online an write a review. However, the service and easy, straight-forward approach to selling/purchasing a car that I experienced at Gage Auto was so refreshing. Stand-outs would be Ethan as a young but very professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He knows his stuff and has a great future in sales - fantastic. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! I got to meet Ron Harkey briefly - very nice guy, and courteous. All in all, I would recommend Gage to anyone that was looking for a quality used car. Thanks guys!
