I was waiting for 1.
I was waiting for 1.5 hours before I went up to ask what was taking so long. People that had come in after me were leaving before me. I was told they were running a recall update on my car and it would be another 20 minutes and was quickly dismissed. Another hour passed and I again asked about the status of my car. They were still working on my update. I was not once approached and updated on how long this was going to take. After another 45 minutes, they finally offered me a rental car. My car was at the dealership half the day. My time was not considered at all during this day. I am thankful I did not have anything planned that day because my car was held at the dealership half the day without anyone approaching me to update me.

I live 3 hours away from St Cloud.
I live 3 hours away from St Cloud. I needed a sensor for my transmission and a catalytic converter. It took a week. St Cloud Toyota provided a rental vehicle for me. Excellent job.

Vehicle smelled bad after the service, and still smells
Vehicle smelled bad after the service, and still smells bad. Prided myself on having still having the new car smell four years later. Whomever did my service this last time either needs to take a bath, stop using meth or be careful what is on their clothes when they sit in my vehicle (maybe all three). I lost the new car smell after this last service, car smells terrible now.
