I have never dealt with st cloud toyota in the past but i will for sure try to deal with them for my next vehicle. Their service department is great to deal with, they had my Highlander service completed about an hour before i expected it to be. They gave me a ride home and picked me up with a smile.

They always do good work and I am satisfied overall. This visit was a lot longer than expected. It took one and a half hours longer than I was told. No one informed me of the extra work it would take. I am still satisfied with the service and will always return.

Easy to work with. Can't beat lifetime power train warranty. They are a preferred dealer with my bank which made my experience very smooth. The vehicle I bought was excellent, very happy.

I came in for an oil change that was scheduled and it took an hour and a half. I was waiting forever and finally looked out the window and saw that it was done and I had to ask them for it myself.
