I have traded and bought several cars in my lifetime with varying experiences with sales people but my experience with Anthony and Mark was far beyond anything I have dealt with in the past. I have never seen two guys work so hard to get me into a nice used vehicle. In my opinion, Anthony and Mark went far far beyond the making sure I was taken care of. I could go on all day about their determination but in a nutshell--these guys were 3 levels above "awesome."

The buying experience here was great. They replaced a belt on the truck before I even bought it. But after the sale i have had horrible service. Service before and during the sale was great but after buying the vehicle I have been lied to and been ignored about the vehicle. You would think after paying 30k for a vehicle and drive it for a week till it shuts down they would be willing to help. I will never buy or be sending anyone else to this dealership again.

Before and during the sale I had a great experience here. They even replaced a loud belt the night between driving and picking the truck up. So I expected this to be a good dealership to deal with. Afterwards was a different story. Had the truck (that I payed 30k for) a little over a week and it laid down on me. Since then I have thousands in fixing it all ready and it still isn't running a month later. I tried contacting the dealership to see if they could help me out some and got promised a talk with the sales manager. Since then it has been a week and a half and I have been ignored when trying to contact them again. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again nor will I send anyone there to look for one.

Go see Jeremy he's awesome very friendly and super helpful. Before I went to see them I had been Internet shopping found 2 cars I wanted to test drive on their lot and decided to go in. When I pulled in, there was no sales person pressure at all, they let me walk around and look until I was ready. When I was ready Jeremy took care of me all the way he's a really cool guy and so easy to talk to. The other LA Auto employees are also really nice and easy to talk to, I even met the owner sweet man. I definitely recommend this place in Morristown Tn. There even better than the dealerships out here which I got so pressured and almost convinced into buying a car I didn't even like ugh... I love my Nissan Juke 2011 that I picked out and like oh, I even asked Jeremy to show me the car fax and he did. Lol I always wanted to say that. Thanks Jeremy and everyone at LA AUTO P.s Jeremy even got me a new battery. You rock!

The salesman Jeremy, was very helpful answering our question. Wasn't at all pushy. He seemed very honest and told us we would have to make up our minds.

I went in there not knowing if I could get financed, the salesman said with my information he didn't see a problem. He worked his witchcraft on the Ole finance computer, now I have my hummer h3. everyone was super friendly and gave me great service. what a great place to feel comfortable about buying a vehicle.
