I LOVE Lakeway Auto. The employees were great and provided a fantastic experience for my family. The process was quick and painless. We were set to purchase our car from another dealership and the Lord placed it in our hearts to go to Lakeway one more time. Once there, we received service immediately. One of the sales associates even took the car to the car wash for us!They're the BEST and what a blessing it was to purchase our vehicle from Lakeway!

I contacted Lakeway Auto by email late one night and by 3:00 the next day had the truck. Ken and Brett are excellent to do business with. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Lakeway and will continue to purchase from there.

I called Lakeway auto around 1pm today and by 6:00 we were driving our new car!!! I spoke with Patti and she was THE BEST sales person I have EVER dealt with. I am a worry wart and get very nervous about rejection. They had me approved in less than an hour!!!! I was expecting and payment of $350 or more my payment is less than $300!!! Brett is the finance guy and was awesome!!! He even told me how to save money on my car!!! This dealership is hands down the best!!! Please don't look any further!!! When I walked up to look at the Nitro, nobody bothered me. I had sent an email the day before asking about it and I remembered who sent me a reply, {Ken}. I asked for Ken and he was up front from the get go on price and said the Nitro is in great shape. I drove it and knew my son would love it, but he wasn't coming home till the next day. I took him to the dealership first thing and they allowed us to drive it again. My son feel in love with it and we went back to start dealing. We walked in at 2:15pm and was finished at 2:59 (I have never bought a car so fast). The finance department was great to work with and had options ready for me to look at before we walked in the door. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and I would recommend buying a car to everyone. From the top on down, great experience, 3rd purchase from LakeWay Auto. This time a brand new 4 door Jeep Wrangler which we ordered. When it came time to deliver our new auto Gary Roberts took the lead and insured that we were totally happy with our purchase taking the time needed to answer any and all of our question. Brett Warren was a huge help with the paperwork and insured that everything was filled out and completed. Thanks to Ben Williamson and the entire gang job well done once again.

My husband found this Acura on Lakeways website and asked me to check it out when I drove my grandchildren home from Va to Jefferson City. My son and I stopped looked at the vehicle and Ken approached us and showed us the inside and explained a few things. After taking a drive we waited a few minutes for a deal sheet to take home to my husband and Ben came through and introduced himself to us. They offered to let me take the vehicle home and let my husband check it out. This was the clincher as Tim (my husband) had picked it out. I was looking for a jeep commander because I like the jeep rep and the commander had third row seating for our growing family of grand kids. My wife and I love to hike and want to encourage this experience in them while they are young. I had several bad experiences with dealers around Knoxville, most involving them saying the car advertised was on the lot, I would arrive, and the car was "just sold but we've got a great deal on...". I didn't want their great deal on anything other than a jeep commander. My mind was made up. I found one advertised by lakeway on line sent them an email to see if it was still available and got a response almost immediately from Ken Wilkens. I had waited as long as a week for response from other dealers and often got none at all. I exchanged several email with Ken and the response was always courteous and rapid. I live 90 miles from Lakeways dealer ship but made the drive anyway base on a gut feeling about this business and I wasn't disappointed. as soon as I pulled on the lot I was approached by a Mark. I informed him that I had been talking with Ken and there was no disappointed look, no shrugging and walking off, it was "great sir, I'll get him right with you. which car should I have him bring the keys for?" Ken was very fair in his appraisal of my Jaguar (which I really didn't intend to trade) and very honest about the jeep commander. Their prices are a fair balance to both buyer and business but this didn't stop me from asking for a lower price to no avail. I really didn't expect to get a reduction anyway after seeing their price and already knowing what everyone else was asking for the same vehicle with a great deal more miles than this one. Once I came to the decision to buy the transaction went very rapidly. Dealt with Ken from beginning to end, no sales manager involved, absolutely no high pressure and this was the first dealership I've ever been in and the other sales reps didn't ignore you. it didn't seem to matter that I was buying from another rep. Everyone here was on the same page as far as customer service and it showed from the front door to the back. quality cars, super friendly and professional service, go see these guys for your next vehicle.
